Good location

The room was good, the mattress was terrible, washroom vent was not strong . Lots of steam after shower.

Paid via hotels.com and hotel claimed I had to pay again when checking in. They did this for all people in the party and we had all booked separately. AC was only working in some rooms and you cannot open the windows. The bathrooms especially were not very clean.

Staff not very friendly not all though , no air conditioning

Air conditioning was broken, cheap fan in the room, eventually moved us to another room, not really acceptable for nearly £200. Property is pretty run down.
