Yes the room was pottless. The service excellent

Staff was great. Room was clean. Location is fantastic. Room could use new towels, and a space heater for when it gets into the 30’s at night. Hot water takes about 10 min to get warm. Coffee maker in room or coffee in the lobby would be nice.

Great location, although need to be mindful of the noise at night due to parties and nightlife. The property was very beautiful, tidy and staff were super friendly.

This hotel is located on a popular street in town. The decor of the lobby and the interior of the hotel are colorful and represents the culture of the region. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but if you are traveling light and need comfortable accommodations in a hotel that offers a unique experience this is the place. The street outside is lined with nice restaurants and shops. Very pedestrian friendly.

The property is beautiful ! Lots of nice common areas to hang out and relax. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. The staff was wonderful ! I had a great stay here.

Super amable todo el personal, los de recepción muy amables y atentos a todas horas, la limpieza en las habitaciones es excelente, esta situado en uno de los andadores o avenida importante, y super cerca de todo. Lo unico malo por decir algo es el tamaño de la habitacion, es muy pequeño y la habitacion que me toco no tenia ventanas para que entrara aire o refrescara la habitacion. Pero el personal hacia lo que se necesitara para resolver cualquier inconveniente. En general un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Super cute! Room was small for 4 adults but would have been fine for a small family. Loved the hotel. Location and staff was great! WiFi not so great but I would rebook for all the other qualities.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of San Cristobal.

The hotel is a great location on the pedestrian street and yet quiet and calm. I never did figure out the free tea, coffee and pan, but it didn't matter because there are so many nice places nearby. The bed is comfortable and the internet was fast. What more could you need?
