THE GOOD: This is a beautiful property, that is why I chose it for a special trip with my daughter and two friends I hadn't seen in 11 years. The breakfast offered was also very good: buffet style. The rooms were basic, clean, no closet but had some shelves. No phone to call reception either. They have an nice outdoor pool, a lovely garden, and a cozy chimney, which you can reserve for 1 hour. THE BAD: At check in, we learned that a big group of teenagers was arriving later; indeed a bunch of high school age kids arrived and they went straight to the pool along with a giant speaker blasting super loud music. Luckily, we left to explore town and didn't have to put up with the noise until we came back at around 8:30: the kids were having a party in a big room located RIGHT NEXT to our rooms. The lady assured us it would be over by 10, but it was over at 10:20. Long story short, we found it terribly unprofessional that they were having this loud event without any concern for the rest of their guests. They should have placed us on the other side of the hotel, away from the noise. Also, I found out later that my friend's room didn't have a door to the toilet room (they didn't tell me to not upset me further). When I checked out, there were no apologies for the noise, for the inconvenience of the missing door, they didn't even ask the classic question 'how was your stay?' This hotel's lack of professionalism and poor planning ruined our stay.

Great option for families when staying in Villa de Leyva. Plenty of activities near by and only 16 minutes from the historic center

Our problem was with Expidia. It was necessary to pay in the hotel again. Because he never got the money from Expidia. The people in the hotel was really fantastic and very good hotel. The answer Expidia was really bad.

Es un sitio agradable, sin embargo su camino es pedradoso y es difícil para maletas pesadas porque no puede rodar bien. Y las habitaciones tienen muchos zancudos y no limpian las paredes porque encontramos muchos que habían Sido estrellados en la pared. Las vigas del baño no estaban limpias, contaban con polvo, como hongos y suciedad. El personal es muy amable y nos funcionó mucho su asesoría turística, pero olvidaban algunas reservaciones como por ejemplo para la chimenea.

Excelente lugar y el recibimiento fue muy excelente llegamos cansados , tarde y no recibieron con un delicioso café. El servicio de la chimenea excelente y el persona y aseo impecable. Gracias y volveremos.

La arquitectura del hotel es preciosa y su diseño de interior. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso, las habitaciones cómodas y amplias. El servicio del personal es bueno.

La experiencia no fue muy buena, las cobijas adicionales no tenían muy buen olor y al parecer había un problema de cañerías en nuestro baño que hacía que oliera mal.

Estuvo todo muy bien, fue una buena experiencia en general.

MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA, ME INCOMODO QUE TENIAN UNA PARTE DEL HOTEL EN CONSTRUCCIÓN LO QUE GENERO RUIDO PARA EL DESCANSO VIERNES Y SABADO Y FALTA DE PRIVACIDAD EN EL USO DE LA ZONA HUMEDA. NO ERA COMODO VER AL LADO PERSONAS TRABAJANDO EN CONSTRUCCIÓN, CUANDO UNO BUSCA SILENCIO Y PRIVACIDAD. POR DEMÁS EL SERVICIO FUE MUY BUENO, TUVIMOC COMODIDAD.

Excelente hotel, todo perfecto. Ubicación, instalaciones, desayuno y en especial el personal, todas las niñas súper amables y con muy buena actitud 👍 Estuve con mi familia y se la pasaron súper genial, sin dudarlo vamos a volver.

Este hotel es una joya arquitectónica de la región su desayuno excelente y ellos preparan los alimentos con productos de la región, y personas de la misma zona, son muy amables e incluso le indican los lugares se pueden visitar, actualmente se están haciendo nuevas construcciones conservando las existentes , y consideran expandir , muy bueno en general ,

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, la atención muy buena, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, muy colaboradores. Tuvimos desayuno en el hotel , el cual está incluido en la tarifa y estuvo muy rico y variado. Definitivamente volveremos. El sitio tiene unos lindos jardines y zonas para pasar ratos agradables en familia.

Overall there was no-one at the hotel to check-in and it took like 2 hours til someone came back to the point where we were really close from leaving and look some place else, the pictures are a little misleading, it doesn't really look like that in real life, lacks detail overall but the rooms were ok I guess. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to anyone.
