The staff is not polite. You should answer customers more politely and courteously instead of just hanging up like that.

The owner is actually nice and so helpful. He kept my luggage safely while I'm in a day trip. With the price I got, it is actually worth enough for quick stay. However, I didn't expect that the room will be that small, just fit on my self and located in the attic. I think it is better to put a real picture of the room, so the people will understand. Overall it 's not bad tho.

Mình book phòng, có note là đến ngoài giờ nhưng đến nơi gọi không ai nghe máy, bên mình đã thanh toán thành ra không được ở lại còn mất tiền

Complete facilities, spacious rooms, but the minus is not very clean, there is a lot of dust on the furniture and the bathroom is cleaned on the spot when you arrive there, so it is not very comfortable. The location is close to the cathedral, lake, and train station.

Check in is easy. No need to deposit. They rent motorbikes too, and quiet cheap. The room is okay. Needs improvement still. Justin has a nice smile and very helpful.

Phòng giường đơn 1 người phù hợp với người cần chỗ nghỉ vào buổi tối. Không gian do ở phố cổ nên không quá rộng rãi, nhưng tiện nghi cơ bản vẫn đầy đủ. Anh chủ tận tình, lịch bay mình bị delay nên nhận phòng trễ, nên anh có hướng dẫn chi tiết cách nhận phòng (+1 chu đáo). Khách sạn phù hợp với giá tiền (sinh viên) nhưng vẫn đảm bảo tiện nghi đủ. Nếu bạn cần khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng thì đây không phải là lựa chọn, nhưng nếu bạn cần nơi tá túc chi phí rẻ cùng nhu cầu cơ bản, Simple Hostel theo mình là rất tốt. P/s: do mình ở trên tầng cùng, gió thổi vào khe khá lạnh (gần chỗ máy nước nóng), khách sạn chú ý chỗ này ạ.

anh chủ thì nhiệt tình, phòng ổn nhưng bà cô gì đó ở phòng tranh tầng trệt thì hãm vkl; nhà có lối đi chính là cái tiệm nail lầu 1 đi ra mặt tiền, ngoài ra có 1 lối đi ở phòng tranh bên dưới, ban đầu mình không biết đi nhầm lối phòng tranh thì ôi thôi bả thái độ, hỏi xách mé là tại sao đi lối này, ở phòng nào kiểu hỏi cung ấy, mà nói chuyện rất láo, trong khi mấy bạn người nước ngoài đi ra trước mình vài bước thì tươi cười chào hỏi lạ lắm, rồi mình đi ăn tối về thì gặp ngay bả vô thang máy (hình như là phòng bả ở tầng 6, tầng trệt là chỗ trưng bày và bán tranh), bả đúng thái độ hơn, hặm hực với mình thêm. Tóm lại là mình vẫn không ưa được con mẹ đó.

Proses check in yang lama karena pemilik akomodasi tidak mengetahui akan kedatangan tamu (dia tidak memeriksa email booking app, jadi dia tidak berada di tempat saat tamu akan check in). Namun ada seorang wanita yang membantu menghubunginya & membantu proses check in. Tamu baru menerima kunci kamar pada hari kedua. Jadi sebelum itu saat tamu pergi keluar, kamar ditinggal dengan keadaan tidak terkunci. Saat akan check out tamu harus menanyakan langsung kepada pemilik akomodasi mengenai uang deposit 300.000 VND yang diminta saat check in. Kamar sesuai dengan gambar, hanya kebersihannya yang kurang. Tapi apa yang kita harapkan dengan harga semurah itu? Kualitas sesuai harga.
