Very suitable as a reference

Easy, clean, and comfortable check-in and out process. The TV doesn't have any channels.

It's also very comfortable to stay for a few days. It's close to everything, so there's no need to worry; it's safe here.

The cleanliness of the sheets and pillow cases is not maintained, the AC is not cold, the bathroom seems full, the toilet often makes a gurgling sound

Friendly staff, strategic location, close to culinary spots

The staff is friendly, so it's easy to chat. They're also quick to ask for missing toiletries and are immediately given them. The downside is that the bedcover and pillows are a little yellow, but they smell nice and don't smell. In the future, maybe you could soak them first when washing them to prevent them from turning yellow. OVERALL GOOD for that price, it's quite good. But don't turn a blind eye to suggestions and criticism from customers. Good luck, Poncowinatan Hotel. (I plan to come here again when I go to Jogja, but hopefully it's better)

If it's just for sleeping, it's quite good. Obviously, access to Tugu Monument or Malioboro is closer. Cleanliness in the KT and KM must be given utmost attention. There's no shampoo provided, and there's only enough liquid soap for two people.

Strategic location. Too bad there's no elevator because I got a room on the 3rd floor. Water dispenser on the first floor

Noise from the upstairs occupants can be heard from below. The walls need to be repainted and cleaned. There are few clothes hangers.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near to Tugu and making it easy to access various places. Along the street, there is a traditional market which adds a local charm to the area. However, the room could use a fresh coat of paint, and the cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, it was an okay experience.
