During check in, i asked for the parking and the staff receptionist was very rude. She told me go find the parking by yourself without check the availability parking hotel. The guard very helpful, they guide to the parking available at the hotel.

the hotel quite clean and the bed is big but the room doesn't have a good soundproof i can hear the TV's sound from beside my room

2nd time stay in Damai.. its all been good, I book twin room and get two double bed instead of two single bed.. bed is so spacious..really loved it, location infront of TRX mall, easy to find food as there are many restaurant around hotel, room also clean, spacious & comfort.. staff also helpfull... Definately will come back again later

The staff is friendly, the location is strategic, the rooms are clean and big, if the rating is already high, don't increase the price. 🤭

The wardrobe, carpet, and wall are very dusty and stained. The staff is very unfriendly, never greet even after check out, they are very indifferent. In my opinion, friendliness is my expectation when staying. Considering the room is also not as I expected, I will never go to this hotel again. The good thing about this hotel, very close to trx mall, Bukit Bintang, big room and bed.

Tried to stay for 1 day because the new hotel was afraid it would not be comfortable and it turned out that this hotel was comfortable. Finally booked directly for the next night. Recommended ⭐️

Nice to stay here, it's very near from city center, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor. Next, I'll stay here again.

The hotel is good, the location is strategic, the rooms are spacious, the price is very good, unfortunately the sound from the next room is very clear, so in the middle of the night it is noisy in our room.

The hotel location is very close to TRX, just cross the street. The main door of the hotel is also right on the side of the road. You can check in before 14.00. Minus the cleanliness of the room because there are many ants, not suitable for storing food

The hotel is very clean, given small towels (for hair) and large towels (for body). The location is very close to the TRX Exchange Mall, but it's a bit of an effort to go to the Bukit Bintang MRT, you can also go to the Tun Razak MRT which is inside the TRK Mall. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, for drinking water use filtered water in the bathroom (go green) highly recommended for people who want to stay overnight and go to the TRX mall every day like me hahaha. Love this hotel so much ❤️, inshaAllah will be back.

Everything is fine except the toothbrush cup in the bathroom has not been cleaned and there are lipstick stains 😓

This is my fourth times stay here. Overall it 's OK.
