The staff is friendly. The hotel itself, my first room was clean, but the second had a few mice infesting it. Please clean and take care of it. There's sometimes an unpleasant odor coming from outside, but the service is good.

I've been staying here every time I visit Bangkok for the past two years. The price is great, but the facilities are well-maintained, clean, and the staff is helpful. I think I'll keep coming back because it's close to shopping and Sevel.

Friendly staff, helped my family carry our things to the room. Wifi was a bit weak, everything else was ok.

The room smells bad, is not soundproof, and is not cleaned regularly! This is a market area so the entrance is a bit dirty so be careful!

Hotel located in the heart of Pratunam and food court.

It's just that the mattress is a bit dirty, with some stains on it, and the hallway is full of people's personal items/trolleys, which is not very pleasing to the eye. The location is right next to the night market, making it easy to go to December, etc. Overall, it's good👍

The location is quite close to Pratunam Market, if you take the A3 bus from the airport, get off at the opposite side of Indra Square, from there walk to the hotel for about 10 minutes. For those who just want to shop in Pratunam, it's really good to stay here at an affordable price, recommended
