I love our 2-bedroom apartment. Very spacious and clean. It is nice to have separate bathroom and toilet; however, the toilet is tight. There is no staff on site. I have no problem to self checking in and check out, but communication can be better. Access to building and to our room is with a code which was supposed to be provided 24-hour in advance, but I didn’t receive it and had to email them in the morning of our arrival. Somehow none of the radiator type of heaters is working. I emailed to office but did not receive any response. Overall, I like this property a lot. Would have given it 5-star if not for the communication issues.

Great property right in the heart of the city. Clean and modern. Spacious. Separate room for toilet and shower which was useful. Easy access and good communication for access. I would definitely recommend.

Messages not being answered in a timely manner or no response at all. Called their contact number x2 but hanged up on me.

This apartment was fabulous and in a great location. It is off a courtyard in Wenceslas Square but sound was not an issue. We could walk everywhere and anything you needed was close by! The 2 bedrooms were large and the all in one kitchen, dining and living room was large and spacious. There was a balcony off the dining room, but we didn't use it. Parking was nearby on the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Noisy building ,, you can hear people from other apartments parting and shouting Code to enter the apartment wasn’t working and tried to contact the 24/7 number was provided but never worked , send emails no answer

I filled out all the forms this company asked but on the day of Check in I did not receive an entry code for check in. I had to call a local number 10 times before somebody picked up and told me that I need to provide a passport even though I provided my drivers license that was on their list acceptable ID’s. The only thing they didn’t ask for was a blood sample but there’s always next year. When arrived at the property and after taking the elevator to the highest floor, we had to take another set of stairs to an attic apartments with skylights only and absolutely nothing to see accept to stare into the sun. When we arrived the apartment was 40C with everything turned off. The unit had five individual air-conditioning units which are operated with individual remote controls. Three out of the five units did not work. We spend two hours trying to figure out this “air conditioning” until we give up. Therefore we fell asleep at 1am in a toasty 30C So if you are looking for a place hot like hell, thinking of starting your apprenticeship in cooling and heating or want stare into a sun through eight skylights because there is nothing else to see then this place is for you.

Apartment was very clean and safe, above a restaurant, so was slightly noisy at night until 11pm. Really well situated just of Wenceslas Square and a short walk up to the old town. Only had hand towels and no bedding for the sofa bed, messaged twice but just went to nearby Primark and bought a couple of big towels so wasn't a big deal.

Tourist spot easy to walk from all the landmark of the city and the public station, warm weather at this time , clean and comfy beds and linens very nice place to stay that’s why we decided to extend hope that they will provide some coffee and tea in each unit as a complimentary

The apartments are quite big and comfortable. It is about half an hour on foot to Saint Stephen's Cathedral.

The property was very comfortable and roomy with 2 bedrooms that are quite separate from each other , allowing for privacy for guests . I really like the design . Kitchen is lovely. I recommend adding some carpeting in the hallway to dampen the noise. And check out in the web says 11 am while email from the company states 10 am check out . When I sent a request for 11 am check out , there was no response back. But I would stay here again and would definitely recommend the place to others . It is a very nice place and my family was very comfortable

The property was covered in black hair and had stains on the linen (brown and yellow). When telling the property manager they sent the cleaners who were very rude and blamed us for it (none of us have black hair). However the place was in a great location and well appointed. There is a lot of stairs so if you can’t use stairs I wouldn’t recommend.

The property was clean & updated & modern, spacious. Right in Wenceslas Square, where you can walk everywhere. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. Brand new. The location is great. The only issue was the parking. The hotel doesn’t have available parking spot. We had to park in a near by garage, which it was expense compared to a hotel rates. If you want to book a hotel for a family group do not hesitate to book this one.
