Place exceeded expectations. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Short uber to downtown. Will stay here again and then will recommend.

No issues parking, but very thin walls you could hear other guests clearly.

Absolutely horrendous stay. Forgot a few items there ; including a pair of sneakers, a family herume and other personal self care items. When asked for my property back, the host laughed at me and told me they’re likely thrown away because they’re not responsible for things left in their building. That being said-

Room was very clean, great space. Very quiet.

There was an issue with the heat pump when I checked in. It was after the desk had closed, but they were incredibly responsive when I texted. We were able to reset it and I was warm and cosy in no time. The rooms are suites with a small kitchen, sitting-tv area, desk, luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. Love the Scandinavian style. I would stay there again. It was a lovely stay.

Extremely disappointed and shocked by the callousness and level of service here. Management was rude and dismissive and avoidant. I attempted to call the hotel multiple times to find a solution for an issue and I was given the run around and eventually my number was blocked. I've never experienced anything like this before. Very incomprehensible. And revealing of their business ethics. Deeply disappointing.

Generally a great experience. It would have been better with two changes: 1. Hot water right away. I realize that "on demand" hot is costly and, in older buildings, difficult. But letting the water run 5-10 minutes not to be cold or lukewarm would be welcome. 2. A slightly better-equipped bathroom. There was only a narrow vanity to hold toiletries, and there was no tissue (Kleenex) in the room.

Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.

Room was okay mattress uncomfortable; no place to hang wet towels anywhere. Heating system very poor.

Great stay experience! Super recommended if you want to spend a short getaway

The room was quite nice and the bed comfortable. Be aware that the fridge is a wine fridge and not particularly cold so you won't be able to store milk very long for your morning coffee. The hotel is in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops. Overnight parking was easy, a little more challenging during the day. Will stay here again

The room was bright and spotless and comfy and I felt just like I was in my own house. Wonderful shower, amenities, and super comfortable room and bed. Loved it.

Comfortable, stylish, great neighborhood

We loved the location! Really felt like we were in a community. And the rooms were so comfortable and homey. Will definitely stay again!
