It's a great location. The only downside was they don't do food, which could be very profitable for them, but there is an excellent Wetherspoon next door and some amazing bakeries in the area. You won't starve in Whitby.

It was clean and bright and great location. Would absolutely stay again but it was hot weather and no AC, however cooled down at night, and there was a fan. Great bathtub! Very lovely staff.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay – this hotel is in the perfect location! Whether I was heading out to explore the hubbub or grab a bite at nearby restaurants, everything was just outside the door. The room was stylish, with little touches that make a stay feel special. The decor was fresh and the space was laid out really well. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was excellent, a little noisy but we were warned. A bit expensive really for room only - our choices are limited with having a pet. Cheaper options are available without pets

Lovely stay at the Station Inn Whitby, locations in the centre of the town. Rooms are spacious which is a bonus if you’re with your four legged friend, furthermore they’re clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. 100% would stay there again.

The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, bathroom was also spotless and again had everything needed The staff are friendly and made us feel welcomed from arrival. The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one

Lovely hotel, perfectly located for exploring the town, the pier and the beach. Friendly staff, rooms modern yet with the character of the buildjng clean and good sized. Would def recommend and would stay here again

The pub to stay is lovely but when the area is busy parking is an issue.

Excellent check in by Matt, enabled us to check in early and took all our bags up to the room for us. Room was clean and comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs. Excellent location opposite the train station and all local amenities on the doorstop. Unfortunately the live act that was on was singing IRA Support songs and when my partner objected and complained we were asked to leave the bar. The singer did admit that he was wrong and had caused us being told to leave
