We had an issue with the internet but the installations exceeded our expectations. Grace and Alma at the front desk really went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. Also, I loved the deep house music playing softly in the background.

Everything was clean on the room communication was great from the front desk people Im willing to stay again thank you 👌😁……

The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though.

Los baños comunitarios estban muy sucios y los baños de la habitación/ departamento no funcionaban van pues no tenían agua… eso fue muy desagradable

This is an amazing place to stay for a few nights or longer. I can only recommend it, but you will need a car to get around.

Great value for the cost. Maybe the furniture in the unit could have been a bit better maintained, but all in all, it was a great stay at a beautiful building.

The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. Thank you.

I spend 5 nights in this hotel,and on none of them they cleaned mi room,I understand that the place is green and environment friendly but that doesn't mean is not clean,that was unacceptable. At night and early mornings (until 9am something)there was nobody in the desk,and they didn'tsay anything when I registered myself, I had an emergency at night, the electric door for my room was with no battery and nobody was there to help me,next they the desk front people just don't care about it. The building was nice overall but I wish I could know more about this place before my booking.

Servicio de primera, áreas comunes que enamoran. La habitación amplia, iluminada, cómoda, estaba todo limpio y en orden Por ser miembro vip access, nos regalaron una botella de vino Sin embargo, el mantenimiento de la alberca no es el mejor y la coladera del baño de la habitación principal del departamento 7.5, estaba tapada. Fuera de esos detalles, es un lugar el cual repetiría sin dudarlo al regresar a la ciudad.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Centro Sur con mucho mas espacio que un cuarto de hotel

Habitaciones de calidad superior, con bonitas vistas y muy limpias.

Me agradaria que la alberca no cerrara tan temprano y tuviera mejor mantenimiento y que agreguen limpieza al cuarto
