I really recommend this hotel when people visit Lisbon! The staff are really helpful and kind. Even the location of this hotel is perfect to look around Lisbon.

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect, rooms were spotless with great amenities, front desk was so nice, and we loved the touches of complimentary pastel de nata and prosecco in the lobby!

The hotel was a great option for tourists. It was walkable to public transportation, shopping and dining. It is on a block that is traveled by the tram, so there is no auto stopping in front. It was difficult to determine how to get in with luggage as the address provided for that reason was not available. The towels and robes provided were well worn, thin and scratchy. Other than the towels, the room was great. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, only a breakfast buffet. As it was priced at 18 euros per person, we went elsewhere.

Due to a maintanance issue we were upgraded to the Aurea Museum 5* hotel by Eurostars group. The communication with the group staff was seamless and they took care to all of our needs.

Nice, clean hotel. Easy access to restaurants, shopping.

This hotel is just beautiful and luxurious! The breakfast is one of the best buffets I have ever had. Staff is super nice. Location is great!

Great location.

An amazing stays at Eurostars Baixa! The hotel is incredible, our room and bathroom were a great size. The staff were very helpful, we couldn’t get our A/C working properly and they sorted it for us promptly whilst we were out. The location is GREAT, really central in Baixa, meant we could easily pop in and out. We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful

I stayed for 3 nights. Thought the hotel is not big, the room however is very spacious and comfortable. It is located at Baixi which is very central and close to many eateries and attractions. Public transportation is easily access. The one thing that I am not satisfied is the quality of the towel is not great. The color has turned grey and don’t give me a feel of fresh towel. Last of all, would like to thank the front desk staff, they are super friendly and helpful, well done!

Very lovely hotel!

AMAZING hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spotless clean. The room also had a built in speaker in the ceiling to play your own music! Walking outside of the hotel and not being bombarded with city traffic (because the main street doesn’t allow cars due to the trolley) was another huge win. I can’t believe this hotel wasn’t sold out. It’s so close to all the attractions too! 10/10 will come back
