Nice place. Clean. But was complicated because price online is way lower then inhouse. Only reason we stayed was because all gas stations in the area were closed and we had to drive to Montreal with no gas. Very inconvenient and makes no sense at all.

It was a good place to stay the night on our trip.

Un petit hôtel sympathique et complètement rénové. Un aménagement des chambres fait avec bon goût. Un arrêt intéressant entre Trois-Rivières et Québec... la route 138 vaut le détour.

We were e-biking to Quebec City, the storage area for bikes were about 100meters from the hotel, not very convenient! Otherwise the hotel is typical, and the restaurant had great service.

It was terribly hot. A/C didn't work and my young girl had high fever. There was no one at the desk and they didn't care either. When we complained later on the phone, they said their manager cannot speak ENGLISH and they can't do anything about it.

Did not like the fact that they charge 40$ extra that was not mention in the hotel description for a service dog

Thankfully there is a restaurant on site, as there are virtually no dining options in the area. The restaurant staff was great. The rooms were small, and unimpressive, but had all amenities. The AC service needs to be thought over.

The staff were accommodating and are opening a lovely cafe attached at the Hotel which will early make the place! Clean and right off the hwy so convenient.

The restaurant (Le Chavigny) attached to the hotel is very good. Simple, tasty, abundant food at a reasonable price. We had a problem with the shower; at 10:30 PM, the young woman at the reception offered us to use the truckers’ shower. It was fine and solved the problem in a pinch. The broken shower piece was replaced the next day while we were out.

Il faisait chaud, l'air climatisé était ordinaire et nous avions que 2 serviettes. De plus, nous avions choisi l'hotel car il y avait la mention petit déjeuner inclus et ce n'etait pas le cas.

The air conditioner in 108 is not working. This should be repaired especially if this room has a double bed during the summer months.

it was no lock from main door as well as washroom too. i tried ask staff but didn't get help.
