Beautiful room with balcony with view of waterfront Short walk to the dock to check the tide coming in

We had a beautiful clean oversized room with private balcony overlooking the square and wharf. We'll maintained facility, with very helpful and friendly staff. I will stay there again on my next trip to St Andrews.

It has a very limited amount of parking. But this historic hotel has a real charm. Beds were comfy. Room was clean! We enjoyed our stay.

Interesting historic hotel.. rooms clean, right on main street, so great location. Locals recommended the restaurant, but I may give it a pass!! Comfy bed that you melted in to. Large spacious rooms. You can hear other doors closing as it is an old building if your a light sleeper!!Would I go back.. possibly!?

The Kennedy house is located right on the main street so it makes it very easy to get around town without having to use a vehicle. We parked our car for 3 nights and walked everywhere. The onsite bar and restaurant was good but they didn't offer breakfast. We had a nice view of the bay of fundy from our room. Understaffed....during check-in there was one person working the reception desk and the bar and of course the bar patrons took priority over the people checking in. I can understand streamlining your staff during off season, but a Friday of a June weekend? It seemed understaffed the entire weekend. The floor in our room was filthy but the linens and towels were good and the bed was comfortable. Its in serious need of an update. I thought it was really overpriced but I guess the convenience of being right in the main area of St. Andrews justifies the price.

Fantastic location in a beautifully restored historic building. Love the live music on weekends and what a bonus to have FIFA games playing on the big screen. Staff were friendly and helpful and just a delight.

Our stay at Kennedy House was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

I really enjoy the vibe at Kennedy Inn. Its not a fancy place but I really like the welcoming staff and the historic charm. Nice bar in the lobby. It was busy the last couple times I've been there with Paddle Fest happening and summer season.. The live music was exceptional both times. Loved that! The ladies doing the cleaning in the morning offered to get my daughter and I a coffee. So nice! The location couldn't get any better. Right on Main Street.

A wonderful location. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The atmosphere was also great.

It is better if we can have office desk and chair for work.

It was centrally located. No phones, no one on duty at off times in case you needed something. Post on king bed impeded with viewing television. No restaurant for breakfast. Could hear noise from bar.

Great welcoming staff great food and bar.

Good for a one night stay with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The hotel feels like it's in need of a refurb though to bring it up to date.

It was our 47th Anniversary Celebration and my husbands 67th Birthday Celebration! We love St. Andrew’s it’s such a quaint little town! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We loved our room and the private balcony. Just a wonderful experience!

La chambre était vraiment horrible. Des fils électriques apparent, des trucs inimaginable comme un calorifère installer au dessus d’un autre non fonctionnel, une climatisation soutenue par une tablette en plywood, etc. Cela ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos sur le site.
