I didn’t like to pay for parking.

The staff is extremely welcoming and polite. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that we have stayed here. We have season passes to Sea World and we will stay here everythime we come to Seworld

There was no mention on your web site that there was a parking fee. Had I known there was one I would have chosen another location. I was charged 11 dollars per day for parking.

I loved the room; very clean and a great size. The location was perfect! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!!!

Following my recent stay, I wish to provide feedback on several aspects of the guest experience. An unexpected "facilities fee" was levied, covering amenities such as the pool, gym, and WiFi, none of which I utilized. This charge was not explicitly stated on the website, and I was unaware of its existence. While the staff demonstrated excellent customer service, and the room's condition met expectations, the advertised soundproofing was not effective, as conversations from neighboring rooms were easily discernible. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not consistently maintained, with persistent floor debris observed throughout my stay. In summary, this establishment may be appropriate for budget-conscious business travelers seeking basic accommodations. However, for leisure or other vacation purposes, alternative options may offer a more satisfactory experience. I had high expectations due to the positive reviews, which I now understand may be influenced by the practice of soliciting five-star ratings at checkout.

Staff was condescending and rude. Hotel had water outages, sink doesn’t drain, the handicap bar is falling off. A formal complaint was submitted with no response.

We had a nice stay

Very nice, clean and spacious room. My only issue is as the television set up…no streaming service so my daughter didn’t have options to watch but we did fine with Food Network. Fairly new so the outside view was under construction /landscaping work. That aside it Was a wonderful stay.

Conveniently located near amusement parks, malls and Disney Springs. The property is very well kept, the room was super clean and spacious and bathrooms stocked with good quality toiletries. Breakfast was ok. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Extra resort fees ($22) and parking! (11 per day). I would have given 5 stars if the property was honest about the pricing when booking on Expedia.

This hotel is excellent, but the only thing is it now charge for parking per day as of March 2025, we stayed at this hotel numerous of times. I would still recommend this hotel

Rooms clean and updated, close to attractions 10 minutes. Resort fee and parking $25/ day takes away any savings from Expedia. Staff new and cumbersome check in and out
