Nice room and airport shuttle. It was a good place to stay after a missed connection at O'Hare. Free breakfast, but get there early - it closes at 9:30 am, we found it pretty well picked over by 9:00.

The room was unbelievably hot, despite it being cold outside. When we talked to the staff to try to get moved to a new room all we were given was a box fan but the room remained significantly hotter than even just in the hallway.

Had to pay for parking. You can't control your room temperature! This is crazy! Really disappointed.

Our room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The location is next to the Allstate Arena, so it was perfect for going to a concert. The one negative was the parking. The spaces are not big enough for the modern-day car. Once you pull into a space there is not enough room to open the car door.

Everything was great! Such a convenient location! Best place to stay if you are attending an event at Allstate Area. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. Decent complimentary breakfast as well. I would’ve giving it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the charge for parking fee of $16.

Room was clean, staff was great, and it is literally right next door to the All State Arena. Perfect for us concert-goers. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice newly remodeled. The shuttle was a bit odd but it got us from the airport and back just fine.

Air conditioning and heating systems did not work. We were unable to turn the fans on in both rooms. Rooms were approximately 80 degrees.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, coffee shops, Wall Street, and the 9/11 Memorial, and the price was reasonable. However, the room felt outdated, the door did not lock properly, and the bedspread was dirty. I contacted reception to request a replacement, but it was never addressed.
