The hotel is clean, the staff are lovely and friendly, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is okay and has a good variety.

I stayed here for 5 days. The location was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I wish there was a chair in the room, as I needed to work and sitting on the sofa caused back pain; it was uncomfortable.

This is a great hotel, excellent value for money. The staff are very attentive. I stayed for 4 nights, but didn't request housekeeping, yet the staff kept checking in and messaging me to ask if I needed anything. They are incredibly thoughtful. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here again. ✌🏻👍🏻

Room: No proper table, no space to place your things, no closet, no soundproofing at all; wake up from mobile sound of the next room and you clearly hear people talk in the hallway. Bathroom: No outlet, the toilet use bidet attachment which feels unhygienic, better use normal hand water spray. Breakfast: Not much food variety, the only thing made fresh is omelette which is very long queue, the staff didn’t even take note for the order from each person and let customers cut queuing, this part management is very poor. Everything has queue, even a coffee machine. Service: Take 30 mins to get the iron I asked for, in room telephone cannot connect to reception, service from staff at the breakfast area also poor, talk like there’s no Thai people around. I booked here for 2 nights but decided to leave after one night. That’s conclusion.

Location is near the airport. We do hear the plane flying over the hotel, but it did not disturb our sleep because our room was cozy for rest. We love the free taxis to One Nimman, saved us 15 minutes of walking.

Superb, it is worth more than what I paid for. The hotel is spacious and antique, well designed. Highly appreciate the great hospitality service provided by the staff who were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Will visit again if I have a chance to come back to Chiang Mai. They also provide free buggy or tuktuk service to certain areas. During Friday night, there is a mini night market in front of the hotel which you guys can walk to in just 5 minutes.

Can't sleep, have a headache, construction noise is very loud, and the staff's service is bad from the day of check-in until check-out. There is no customer care, even though I stay there very often. There is no customer information kept, and room 631X is not clean. The water flows slowly and the pipes are clogged. / Please ask the relevant department to fix this.

There is a lot of parking space. Delivery service is available if you are staying in a distant building. The room is good and spacious. There are many breakfast options to choose from.

The lobby is very beautiful. There are small art galleries in various corners. I am very impressed. The design is very beautiful, even on the walls and walkways. Later, in the room section, the reception upgraded the room. I guess it was because it was low season and there were few guests. They might want us to stay in the same building because there are 7 buildings in total. At first, we got a room in building 7 and the staff moved us to building 3, which is close to the lobby in building 2. It was a stroke of luck. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable, the air conditioner was cool, the water flowed strongly, and there was alkaline water. I was impressed. But the downside is that the room is not very soundproof. You can hear everything the other room does, plus the sound of airplanes taking off and landing all night. But for us, it was acceptable. The hotel has a shuttle service to Nimman and nearby areas, but it was raining on the day we came, so we took our own car, but we could borrow an umbrella from the counter (you have to leave 1 key card). As for the parking lot, it is quite a lot, but that's it. There are a lot of buildings, so it might take a while to understand. Overall, it is very good. The safety is good from the entrance.
