Location is super good, Plaza de Espan̈a steps from the property, is a vibrant area with great restaurants.

This was a great place for myself, my daughter and granddaughter to stay. The two bedrooms and baths suited us perfectly. Well outfitted. The location was great. We walked everywhere. Highly recommended.

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable en Madrid. Super cómodo somos una familia de 5 con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos todo muy nuevo, moderno y cálido. Super completa la cocina para cocinar sin problemas. La ubicación en la zona de Plaza España a una cuadra de la Gran Via y a pie de todos los lugares de interés y tiendas. Excelente comunicación y predisposición de los anfitriones. Super recomendable ! Gracias

The apartment was exceptionally spacious and conveniently located, with easy access to Gran Via and Sol within walking distance. Although the key code provided from the instruction was incorrect, the customer service team responded promptly and resolved the issue. If you encounter the same problem, remain calm and await their reply on WhatsApp.

This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid.

Great apartment in convenient and well served location. Clean and modern apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment for 4 persons with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace.

The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.

Muy bonito el lugar y no tuvimos ningún problema, solo tomen en cuenta que la salida a la terraza es de como 1.60 y hay que agacharse un poco.

We liked the apartment size and the condition it was kept. We only received 3 bath towels at the start and one hand towel with no explanation how to get more.

Excellent location, within walking distance to most of Madrid and just two minutes from the metro If you need to go further afield. Lovely staff, very informative.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 bed 2 bath unit for 5 adults. We weren’t planning on using the kitchen but we did make eggs and appreciated the oil/vinegar and salt available. The location is great, walking distance to everything and we liked the tapas place across the street. Unfortunately the plaza was under construction during our stay. Jessica was very helpful in pointing out places to go.
