1. The pin location is not correct, causing me to mistakenly book the accommodation because I was going to book to go see a concert near The Ocean Hotel, but the actual location is 20 km away from the pin (I had to hire the accommodation's car to take me there).
2. The tap water is not flowing very badly and they did not inform the customer about the problem, so they had to go to the bathroom of another room.
3. The staff spoke fairly well but saw the problem as normal.
