It's close to town, and as soon as you exit the city, there are plenty of food vendors along the road. Even if you're tired, there are plenty of massage parlors. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

First came straight into the room and smelled the room had a bad smell that came from the toilet. The second day I stayed moved to the 6th floor and the room also smelled bad. It was very noisy because there were a lot of stupid jastipers who had no brains. At least if you are poor, don't be stupid and disturb people packing in the middle of the night until dawn outside the room too. He was 1 guy and several girls. It is not recommended to stay here for the upper class. because this is for the lower class of jastipers. for the staff, especially the housekeeping, they are unethical and can suddenly open the room and enter the room even though I am in the room. It's bad. It's uncomfortable. It's better to find a hotel that is 50 thousand rupiah different but more decent.

The room is full of cockroaches, not very clean, there are lots of jastiper packages in the lobby, the path to the elevator is narrow, there is no electric kettle in the room, the mattress is hard, it feels like sleeping on a board, don't stay here

Everything was fine, especially since it was strategically located just a short walk to the Pratunam Indra Square bus stop. However, my bathroom smelled bad, even though I'd added air freshener. The smell probably came from the bathroom drain.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, with very friendly service, full of family and jokes, the staff was very helpful, everywhere was easy and quite close, the room was clean.

Strategic and comfortable location, unlike what people have said before, I think it's okay here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is right in the middle of Pratunam market, which makes it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, and the room was comfortable overall. However, the bathroom had a bit of an odor, and the drainage didn’t work properly. It was also a little difficult to get a Grab or Bolt directly from the hotel, so we often needed to walk about 300 meters to meet the driver. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better.

The hotel is located within the Pratunam shopping district. It's quite comfortable for a budget of around 500,000 Rupiah. Especially when I got a promo from Traveloka, I got a family room with a king-size bed and a king-size bed. It felt very spacious. However, the lobby was quite chaotic, with people shopping in bags and sacks everywhere. This hotel is perfect for Jasti shoppers, but for those seeking a quiet getaway, this hotel isn't quite right for their segment.

The staff was super helpful, funny, and friendly! The room was okay, but it smelled a bit like old furniture. The floor was a bit dirty, and there was no hot shower :(. The bed was quite hard, but the air conditioner worked really well. So refreshing after spending the whole day outside in the heat. Breakfast was simple but tasty!

de lux one of the best hotel in bkk , in september i choose stay in de lux not because the price so cheap but its because the hospitality and the people so kind!! especially the man philipino man name ciao!! this man make me feel wanna comeback again in this hotel , and yahh everytime i go bangkok i alwys stay in this hotel.. he is so helpful and charming!! as i said is not about the price so cheap , i can even book 5 stars hotel 1 month in bkk but im not looking how big the room is and also how nice the view is but im looking for the people who treat me like in home ..

The place is close.. but the room is not very clean.. the AC is very cold.. but the mattress is like sleeping on a board.. the staff is nice..

Hi guys, I'd like to share a little about my experience staying at the De Lux Bangkok Hotel. The room was nice and tidy, exactly as we requested, and the receptionist was friendly. The amenities were quite complete, but the only thing missing was a hairdryer. 🤭 I liked the hotel's strategic location and the busy area.
