location is okay, no amenities, no towels (information delivered in the morning but not delivered until check out), very dirty room, not cleaned from previous customers, lots of used tissues in the drawer, lots of used shampoo sachets in the bathroom, this hotel is really dirty. The AC is also faulty, the temperature cannot be adjusted. The hotel has no elevator, not recommended for those bringing elderly people/lots of stuff, you can get it on the 3rd floor

That was my second time staying at this motel. This motel needs routine checks and maintenance, do not wait until guests report about broken or bad things in the room. In my experience, the valve of the shower doesn't work properly, hot water could not flow to the shower, just cold water. And many other things in the bathroom don't work properly. The bedroom smells stinky and dirty too. It doesn't worth what you pay for.

I stayed here for 1 night, the location is quite strategic, close to the city about 3km from Simpang Lima, the room is quite clean, the AC is cold, the room is not soundproof, people walking and talking outside can still be heard from inside the room, the soap ran out when I came in, so I had to ask the guard, overall 8.5/10

Good location, close to everywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom/toilet is also clean - there is hot water too. Looks like I'll come here again another time. Thank You.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel staff was not friendly when checking in, even while playing mobile legends. When checking out, I had to be woken up several times because I happened to check out in the morning. The facilities are good minus the mattress that has sunk, not too bad. Then the bathroom's hot water is not functioning optimally. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

Dari luarnya sih bagus, unik juga, jauh” dari surabaya tertarik sih ke hotel ini, cuman pas udah masuk, liat kamar mandinya begini jadi ilfeel, sprei bed nya juga kotor dan bau, sayang sekali untuk hotel yang unik begini harusnya dalamnya juga nyaman dan bersih sih,

Staf malah main hp saat check in, seprai kotor di atas alamari ada kotoran, AC gak dingin, pintu gak begitu tertutup dengan bagus, bagus padahal tempatnya tapi gak di perhatikan hal-hal seperti ini.

The strategic place is easy to find, the room is clean, the facilities are okay, only minus the toothbrush, it's a bit noisy at night.

Staf buruk karena request lantai 2 tidak diberi padahal saya pesan 1 minggu lebih sebelumnya. Koneksi internet tidak connect menjadikan TV hanya assesoris tidak guna. Water heater rusak? Atau semua waterheater cuma gimmick? 2x Menginap dengan kamar berbeda juga tidak bisa menggunakan air panas.

The hotel was built from piles of containers, cute, clean, indeed suitable for backpackers because there is no elevator, strategic location close to the main road where you can buy souvenirs.

April 2023 update, clean room conditions, clean sheets + blankets, clean towels. The equipment is quite complete, but toothbrushes + toothpaste are not provided. it's worth it.
