Okay for if there is an event at ICE BSD, it is very affordable

It's perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay during an event at ICE. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk from Hall 3. I got room 203. There's no trash can in the room. There are only about 3 trash cans in the lobby on the second floor, and even those are almost full. It's difficult to dispose of toilet paper. The toilet has an unpleasant odor when flushing. The bathroom is difficult to close. Yesterday, I also got a mattress that was a bit less elastic, so it felt like it sank in. I could also hear the music from the next room. Please improve it again 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Room 607's air conditioning wasn't cold. The toilet had a lot of scale in the drain, and it looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom had a lot of yellowish scale.

I have watched the concert twice, I always stay here because access to ice bsd is just walking across, even though entering the complex is safer, there is an elevator so no need to go up and down the stairs, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there is also a water heater. Complete, cheap, and worth it.

Worth it for its price range, there are wi-fi facilities, local TV, elevator, and hot shower. The environment in the housing complex is guarded by security so it is quite safe, can be accessed by car and the atmosphere is quiet not noisy. The drawback may be limited parking is not big.

It happened that the hotel was close to our running race event, so it only took about 15 minutes to walk to the location. In terms of the bathroom, it was quite clean, the hot and cold water facilities were quite good. Didn't get sandals and towels, toothpaste, toothbrush. If possible, bring your own toiletries. The mattress is comfortable and soft, the AC is nice and cold.

The area is strategic in the housing complex in front of ice bsd. They sell pop mie and light snacks. The downside is that there are black ants in the corner of the room since I arrived there, and the hotel also does not provide a mat/mat

When it rains, the bathroom mat gets wet as if it has been splashed with water. Even though before leaving the room, I made sure the water was off. There were no signs of water seeping in, so I don't know where it came from.

If you want the closest accommodation to ICE, this is the place. It's quite close to a housing complex, but that's okay. It also prioritizes close access to the event venue I'm attending. The facilities are standard.
