There was no soap, drinking water, and even towels were not provided unless requested, even then they were given one. There was no closet, no hot water for bathing, no mirror, the sheets and bed cover were dirty and had dirty stains. Then, when I requested a smoking room, I was given a non-smoking room, told to smoke outside the room.

No drinking water, soap, mirror, or hanger provided, and the AC wasn't cold enough. I booked a premium room...🤦🤦😓

The location is not strategic, not very clean, no lift, etc.

The room is nice. It's just that people outside the room were chatting loudly even though it was 4 am and there was 1 man who seemed to be nagging someone or something. Maybe the rule about "no loud talking" around the receptionist should be implemented for the comfort of the room units around the reception desk and the staff are friendly and polite 😊.
