The price of food is too expensive in my opinion

There are no towels. There is no hot water in the bathroom even though the location is in Lembang. Hopefully in the future the facilities will be better

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The room was a disgusting dump — reeked of filth. The window was shattered, and there was no AC despite it being listed in their amenities on Travelooka. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Avoid this hellhole at all costs.

It's not clean, and there's no need for hot water. Then the sheets had lots of spots.

The blanket and bed smell musty, making sleeping uncomfortable. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

Tv gak nyala, air panas mandi dijatah nyala pada jam tertentu, kamarnya kotor, pintu kamar mandi rusak, shampoo & soap gak ada, kasur dan bed cover kotor, bau, gak disediakan air mineral dan air panas untuk minum. Gak sesuai ekspektasi, saran untuk traveloka untuk me-review kembali fasilitas yang ditawarkan karena tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan, atau lebih baik dibanned.

Fasilitas kamar: air panas mandi ga ada, air minum kamar dan lain-lain tidak dapet, kran kamar mandi rusak, bantal bau, Spray kotor, selimut bau.

Tempatnya kurang bersih, fasilitas minim, TV nggak nyala, air panas nggak ada, tempat kotor, jadi ya kamar saja sangat tidak recommended. Saran, pemilik atau pengelola agar diperhatikan lagi fasilitas agar pengunjung agak betah, minimal TV nyala, dan handuk sabun nggak disediakan sudah diminta tapi katanya nggak ada. Jadi kesimpulannya tidak sesuai iklan di aplikasi yang saya order dan fotonya
