My Points

The room attendant was friendly and punctual. Unfortunately, the room was full of baby cockroaches roaming around the refrigerator, sink, and bathroom area.
The electrical box was also making noise. I tried to contact the room attendant via WhatsApp to inquire about the cause, but received no response.

Room boy ramah & tepat waktu. Sayang kondisi kamar banyak anak kecoa berkeliaran di sela-sela kulkas, wastafel, dan area kamar mandi.
Box listrik juga sempat bunyi. Sempat chat WA ke room boy utk tanya penyebabnya, tapi ga direspon sama sekali.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan baik, ramah dan cepat.
