The place is quite near to Lembang and we could find food easily since it is located near UPI university.

Everything is very good, but the hot water takes a long time to heat up. I recommend it for those who want to hang out at Eldorado, as it's not that far away.

Worth it for a room at that price, clean and tidy, breakfast is also delicious delivered to the room, only the balcony is dirty and the chairs are not comfortable, the rest is okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hot water is safe, if there are any problems, the staff immediately come to help, the room is cleaned every day 🥰

(-) I first got a room in the corner of the stairs. It was dim, windowless, and uncomfortable. The heater didn't work, and the water was very cold. I finally asked to move. I was given a fairly spacious room, but unfortunately, it was even worse than the first. I didn't have the energy to go back to the first room because it was complicated to carry two toddlers and it was already late. The second room had a balcony and good air circulation. But the bathroom was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the toilet was also dirty. The mattress was much more comfortable in the first room. The mattress in the second room was very flat, and my whole body ached when I woke up. The walls were also moldy. (+) Fast and friendly service (+) Android TV and Wi-Fi (+) Not bad if you need a room in a pinch.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice and clean, especially with its balcony. It's perfect for relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to BDG.

The rooms are okay, but unfortunately they're not soundproof. The food is pretty good, and next time, maybe they'll build a kids' pool so they can join in.

The access is easy to pass by car, the car park is quite spacious, and the environment is cool and quiet, the security guard is very helpful and the receptionist is also friendly, hot water & amenities are safe, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the bed and room are clean, only the floor because it uses wood vinyl so there are often a lot of wood chips, probably from termites so the floor is a bit dirty with wood dust, overall it's really okay

The staff are friendly, very kind and are on standby 24 hours, but the blankets are always yellow, even though the room is clean.

The room was damp, the bathroom was slippery and not cleaned, the bathroom water was black.
