The check-in process was fast, the room was very comfortable, the AC was very cold, I swear, it was really nice to be alone here.

The toilet is dirty and smelly, the water is low, the shower is broken, the toilet door is broken, the room smells musty, the thin mattress feels like iron, the room floor is dirty, the toilet and main room ceiling is moldy, the main room door handle is broken, there is a gecko stuck in the main room door. I know this is a budget hotel, but it could be repaired and cleaned better and in more detail.

booked 2 rooms , 1 family and one deluxe. arrived there and family room all booked out eventhough we paid already to Traveloka. Staff don't know how to solve it. Worst experience at a hotel l have had in Sumatra

There is one male housekeeper. He is the only one who is good. The rest are like shit. I really don't recommend this accommodation.
