The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was close to restaurants and malls. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. However, sometimes guests in neighboring rooms would playfully ring the doorbell, even knocking. This was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Great service, clean, tidy, and modern rooms. Recommended for those looking to stay in the city, close to a variety of culinary options.

Just a short walk from the Pavilion, there are plenty of breakfast options around the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean.

Strategic location, close to shopping centers, the hotel is surrounded by eateries, walking distance, kids friendly, best view from the swimming pool.

I highly recommend staying at the Sleeping Lion. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable, and the pool offers a stunning view.

It's close to restaurants and shopping. You can easily get everywhere you want, just walk. No need to take a Grab.

My second time staying here, and it was overall another pleasant experience! The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is the lift situation; you sometimes have to queue for a while just to head up to your room during peak hours.

Price reasonable. Best location. You can walk to Pavilion, TRX, Fahrenheit, Lot 10, etc. If you don't mind queuing to use the elevator, then this hotel would be the best.

All the hotel staff were very nice, especially the receptionist Kamal. He met my requests and was close to everything. This is one of my go-to hotels when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is in the best location…. The only problem is the elevator because you have to queue to go up to the room and even when you go down you have to wait for several elevators before going up because it is often full… Don't use any stairs at the room level because when the door is closed it is difficult to open even if you have a room access card…
