The first time I arrived at the hotel, it was before 12. I told the receptionist that I had checked in early. However, the response was less than friendly, as if it was just an app. I was asked to wait. I waited while working, but I overheard the receptionist discussing me with her friend in a loud voice (very unethical).
Regarding the facilities, I got a room on the second floor and went up the stairs.
The room was quite old. The carpet was a bit dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were yellow and smelled musty. There was Wi-Fi but no signal. The TV also had no signal. The bathroom was a bit dimly lit, the towels were worn, and there was no hot water. The swimming pool was quite clean, but only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for children. The bathroom near the pool was also very dirty. The parking lot was quite spacious. Security officers, when they saw my car leaving, seemed to ask for parking money. When I checked out and only gave my card, they loudly criticized me for not paying the parking fee. Hotel management could provide service training or replace the staff with more excellent and ethical staff.
