Highly recommended for a place to stay in the Prawirotaman area.

If you need rest, a tranquil environment, this is the place. Walking distance to the busy Prawirotaman hype area, and the traditional vibes of Pasar Prawirotaman for its local culinary adventures. Definitely will come back. The breakfast, I recommend serving local culinary varieties.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very aesthetic, clean, the environment is nice.

Comfortable environment, friendly staff, clean and fragrant rooms.

The staff were so friendly, it feels homey. Love the room and design. But the dressing table was too small to put all the amenities there. Not enough hangers. 3 days was okay to stay. The location was so close to the center area. Walking distance to the Prawirotaman traditional market. Try going inside... the cleanest traditional market I've ever seen. Check-in time was strictly at 14:00 though, but you can leave your bags if you are backpackers and go 1 block behind where cafes and restaurants are along that Prawirotaman street. If you are into batik, silver, or cooking courses, or any tour you might want to visit, ViaVia tours is just 200m away from the hotel.

It was a good experience to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall is good, but the housekeeping staff needs to make sure if all of the guests' rooms are already made up or not yet. I put the sign in front of the door, but when I came back in the evening later, my room was not made up yet. The hotel staff even asked me if I had put the sign or not. It seems like I didn't put it or I'm lying, but the real thing is that the housekeeping staff didn't check it or at least knocked on the door to make sure if the guest is still inside or wants to clean the room. Maybe the housekeeping staff will not clean the room if there is no sign at the door at all, which is kind of strange. Please pay attention to the basic but important things.

It was a pleasure to stay at Dhipa Kinanthi hotel.

This hotel is actually nearly perfect and very nice. There are only two caveats. First, the food variety. Second, perhaps a sign near the pool could be added to help guests understand swimming etiquette. When the kids were swimming, the water was sprayed out, and their parents didn't stop them. The water reached the front of my room, and when I tried to leave, I nearly fell and slipped. I also have small children, but when they swim normally, they don't spray water on the floor.

As soon as you enter the room it is already cool and fragrant, the service is great 👍

The breakfast was delicious... my husband approved, it's simple but makes me want more 🤭 Unfortunately, the room cleanliness wasn't maintained, even though this hotel is relatively new. Cleaning service should pay more attention to small details like the corners of the room, the bathroom, and the towels and sheets. Please clean them EXTRA. Feedback: The bathroom is provided with a shower hose for bathing, as there's only a faucet and overhead shower. So if you want to shower, you have to wash your hair 😁 Overall, the location is great.

Overall, the ambience was relaxing and peaceful. The room and bathroom are quite spacious and well put together. However, there were many worms on the shower floor, possibly from the drainage. We complained the first morning about it, but came back on the second night to find still a lot of worms.

The hotel is close to the culinary area and Malioboro. The hotel team also assisted with motorbike rental. Cleanliness is also maintained. I happened to stay on the ground floor, and there was a leak in the corner from upstairs that hit my open suitcase, making it quite a hassle because my clothes got wet. Luckily, I brought a hairdryer. I already told the front office at check-out, hopefully, it can be fixed. Next time I come back, it will be fine.

The hotel is very clean and fragrant. The smell of raminten is always distinctive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no elevator, they helped carry your luggage to your room. The food is also delicious, nothing is disappointing. The hotel is very strategic, if you want to explore Prawirotaman, you can just walk. Love it.

The food is nice and completely worth trying! Even though there is not much variety, the taste is nice compared to the price! The room is also very spacious, smells nice and clean. There is no spot on the bed at all, the bathroom is also very clean! They also provide a smart TV with Netflix as well. Overall, I will definitely get back to this hotel again.

Had trouble with the room’s AC and water heater, and the staff offered me to move to the other room. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet variant is not that much and the taste is so-so. Last but not least, the location is very strategic.
