The receptionist was super enthusiastic. Even though we were a bit annoyed, she still accepted and resolved everything.

I booked a room for myself (female) for 1 night. The room was on the 4th floor, there was a parking lot in the basement, the receptionist was friendly and had a good attitude. The bathroom was clean but a bit smelly, otherwise it was relatively okay with a reasonable price.
