AC and hot water work very well. Get toiletries, towels and drinking water every day. Friendly staff. Clean too. Location is far from the crowd. Although not a new building, it is very comfortable for me who is picky.

With a fairly cheap price, the facilities provided are not cheap. Soft mattress, cool AC. Clear digital TV and complete channels. There are 3 power outlets, near the table under the TV, near the bed and near the dressing table. Every morning you get free coffee and tea. Mineral water is also always given new every day. Hot water that doesn't need to wait to get hot. The only minus is in the shower, which can't flow to the top of the water. I don't know if it's because the faucet is set wrong or what. The guy who takes care of it is also friendly and responsive. I asked for help to replace a dead light bulb in the bathroom, it was replaced immediately when the set was replaced. No need to wait long.

The perfect accommodation for a holiday in Jogja. Location near Prawirotaman, next to the Periplus bookstore. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet. The rooms are clean, provided with towels, toothbrushes, AC and hot water are functioning well. In the morning, tea and coffee are available on the table in front of the room. Pocket-friendly prices with facilities like this will definitely stay again!
