The owner is also cute, the room is okay. The living room is small, the stairs are small and steep. The toilet opens and has p**s that haven't been flushed yet.

The owner of the hotel is friendly and even drove me to the bus terminal on my way back, helped me find halal food too. The place is strategic and comfortable and clean. You can also rent an electric motorbike for 150 dong per day

Located in the center of the Grand World area, it is very convenient to move to places such as water music, light bridge and restaurants. The room is very clean and has a lot of light. The only downside is that the clothes hanging area is a bit small compared to a room for 4 people and you need to request the owner if you need to clean the room. In short, with the room price compared to other homestays in the same location in the area, this is an ideal place to rest in the Grand World area.

Honestly, I don't know if it was my fault for not looking carefully or the advertisement was unclear, but after checking in, I was really shocked. Our room was arranged on the 4th floor (there was another floor above but I don't know what its function was) and...... THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR! Because we stayed for 2 nights and wanted to take pictures, we brought a lot of luggage (4 people rented 2 rooms). If you calculate roughly, if you eat and go out for a day, you will go up and down at least 6 times 🤪 Rain leaked from the ceiling down to the edge of the stairs right at our room door, (because the space is very narrow) there were buckets and rags spread along the stairs. After staying for 2 days, it was still left like that until we checked out. 4 people stayed for 2 days, the room was not cleaned, and the toiletries and towels were not changed. After asking questions, I was told that the room would not be cleaned every day like a hotel, and as for the towels...... I thought they had been given new towels. The hostess was very enthusiastic in introducing this and that entertainment package for me to consider. Since it was my first time going, I believed that the host would introduce a good package for me, unlike the brokers outside. So I settled on a price of 1,750,000/person for scuba diving (×4 people). However, when I left, I found out that the price elsewhere was 1,400,000/person. This is my entire experience of this trip. You can evaluate and decide for yourself! The rooms are really nice and aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately there's no lift, so yesterday I got to the 3rd floor, it was quite up and down every day 🫢 the owner was nice even though he couldn't speak English 😁 The minus 1 was that the water wasn't strong enough. Cannot be used together (e.g. showering & washing hands)

The Homestay owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room is very new and clean, the location is also near the bear museum, can walk to country music performances and quintessential Vietnamese shows. You can take Vinbus for free to go from the cruise port to the homestay and from the homestay to Vinwonder and VinSafari.

The hotel is small, but the room is really comfortable. The owner is really nice! Location is in the middle of Grand World. Really worth the prize.

Phòng sạch sẽ, cô chú chủ nhà thân thiện nhiệt tình, có xe bus của vin từ sân bay về thẳng khách sạn, gần bảo tàng gấu, grand world rất tiện

Phòng giá tốt ngay cạnh trung tâm grand word nên có thể đi bộ ngắm sông Venice, xem show diễn nhạc nước và xem bắn pháo hoa... bác chủ nhà và chị chủ dễ thương, hỗ trợ vé đi tất cả các điểm vui chơi với giá vô cùng rẻ.. mk sẽ ghé tiếp vào chuyến đi cho kì nghỉ hè sắp tới.

mình ở có 1d thôi mà chị chủ hỗ trợ nhiệt tình từ khi mới đặt phòng. còn hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng sớm, tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và đặt giúp vé đi chơi cho mình dù lúc mình hỏi nhờ đã 11h30 đêm. Cảm ơn chị và ông bà nhiều ạ!
