I had the loveliest stay at Decu. The hospitality experience was amazing, with an incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Very tranquil and in a walkable neighborhood.

This is such a beautiful property. The place is pristine, the bed and pillows super comfortable and lets talked about the staff, just wow. Super attentive, accommodative, always with a smile. We are vegan and their menu didn’t have vegan options so we opted for buying some fridge food and make our leaves dinner, they warmed the food for us, no if it buts about it. We had THE best experience

I finished my first trip to Mexico with a 2 night stay here to unwind and relax and it delivered. The staff was lovely, the property lush with greenery and beautiful design. I look forward to visiting again once the speakeasy is ready for patrons!

Service is decent at Decu hotel,, but do not rent a room on the bottom floor as you will hear every foot step of the occupent above, which is nerve wrecking. Also, every time you leave and want to reenter the hotel, a staff member has to run to the front door to let you in. They dont give you a key.

High end and charming boutique, with modern luxury decor and furnishing built into a classical hacienda. Outstanding and friendly staff. Excellent included breakfast.

This is a wonderful hotel with a great location, friendly and helpful staff. The lounge and pool areas, the garden and the rooms were beautiful.

Very clean

This hotel is a little gem. The location is very close to the historical center. The room, patio, pool, and garden are absolutely gorgeous. The service is excellent. The receptionist had good recommendations for tours and restaurants. The continental breakfast that was included with the night was very good. The only thing that I would improve would be to let the guests know in advance via email about the parking options available nearby as there is no hotel parking.

An oasis of tranquility in Merida. Excellent staff and service. Don't hesitate to book a stay here. So peaceful.
