Really clean room with a fantastic location and really helpful staff. I thought it would be louder being so close to the train station, but actually the room was quiet and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunrise and sunset, and was great for relaxing between exploring. The location was ideal for us, as we could easily walk into town and the fortress or quickly hop on a train somewhere else. There was also moderately affordable parking available, although there aren't that many spots so make sure you book them early and get back to the garage before everyone else!

The breakfast was really good, lovely to be able to get a coffee or tea at any time too! Convenient for the city, and it has a nice rooftop terrace too. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location, right next to the Namur train station and walking distance from the city center! Every single staff member was lovely and resourceful. I will definitely come back :)

Newer hotel, clean, quiet, easy access from rail station, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Quick walk into the old part of town. Would definitely stay here again.

The Parking was quite inconveniente and once they run out of space parking off property was a nightmare

We found ourself unexpectedly in Namur as we had a puncture enroute to Austria, and with all the garages closed on the weekend, we enjoyed everything Namur had to offer.. The shining star was on Monday morning when my non existent French was getting me nowhere with the tyre garages, the lovely receptionist called a few garages for me until we found a tyre and we could continue our holiday.. We are extremely grateful

Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon! Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good. All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river.

The hotel was spotless and modern and the bedroom was very spacious. The only downfall was the parking at the hotel, it was 20 Euros a night which was rather expensive.

Staff weren’t very helpful about parking, there parking was full at the time. Area around hotel very dated, no bars/restaurants that are any good.

Great place to stay. Literally outside the train station with easy access to other cities and the Citadelle. The breakfast buffet is also really good. Definitely would stay again

5 mins walk from train station, friendly staff, convenience of having self-service lockers for our luggages. Clean rooms, good wifi and good water pressure. I was afraid of being too close to the train tracks but the room was efficiently soundproofed so I didn’t hear anything.

A good hotel near the railway station with historic centre not far away. Very comfortable and quiet and convenient for a visit to Namur.
