Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. The front desk didn’t seem to recognize us when we returned and asked us to wait as the room wasn’t immediately ready. We sat on the uncomfortable fake leather couch of the unimpressive Reception and we were finally taken to our lobby. The receptionist with the long black hair was very sweet and proceeded to take us on the awkward journey to the room. We walked up two flights of stairs with our luggage to then take the elevator (uh weird and terrible design) two more flights up. There are stairs leading in directions all over yet only elevator accessible from a random place two stories up! Also we asked if it was possible for a late check out past the 10am time and advised it’s 10 Euro extra each hour after 10am. So we asked since we didn’t use the wellness offered during our stay if we could at 10am but advised nope, we’d no longer be guests….uh ok. Positives: clean room, good air conditioning, restaurant staff pleasant, dark haired reception kind. But this hotel is not recommended and definitely NOT worth the prices they charge. Stay away!

Room was more like an apartment with two TVs and loads of space. I didn’t get time to try the sauna as I was staying on business. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. Parking at the front of the hotel costs extra but there is a free car park at the rear. Rooms are accessed via a labyrinth of corridors, staircases and a lift. There are signs to assist you. This is a great place to stay and not a lot of money for the size of the room.

Unfriendly staff. No information. Supposed to be a spa-hotel. Not even any slippers available. No information. Cold pools, cold saunas, incredibly slippery tiles everywhere. The hotel is a maze (of tiled slippery) stairs. No restaurant open. A small excuse for a bar offered warm, sour wine. Breakfast disastrous, stale white bread and a strange selection of sausages that had been heated up too long. Tasteless cheese, undrinkable coffee. No one at reception (they were apparently outside smoking). Checked out after one night. Chose another hotel instead.
