The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. The hotel was shabby and fairly run down, with loose electrical sockets and bedside spotlights not functional. The bathroom's toilet brush was heavily soiled, but I was particularly disappointed that the 'bathroom' did not contain a bath, having been described as having one and, indeed, the associated images showing a bath. I would not have booked the hotel or room had this been truthfully conveyed. The room's 'blackout' curtains were also no such thing, and there was no chair in the room, which was also suggested in the images. There was also no restaurant, which I was informed about only after booking, and insufficient soundproofing for the airport on the opposite side of the road.

Was a very welcome surprise lovely big room / shower would maybe like slightly bigger tv for the size of the room but that just a minor detail. Will def be booking for future business trips.

The shower in my room was broken and unusable, although I reported this to the hotel staff it remained that way for the 2 night stay I was booked in for, over a very hot weekend. I was disappointed that the shower was in the broken condition prior to my occupancy. Despite having emailed the hotel twice complaining about the situation, I as yet had no response from the hotel.

Maple Manor was the perfect stay. All staff were extremely courteous, and very accommodating. Although the hotel is not served by LGW shuttle buses, reception staff called for a safe and reliable taxi on my behalf, and £20 later I was at the north terminal. Incidentally, £10 of the $20 fee was for airport drop off!! Anyways, as frequent flyer, yes definitely, I will be staying at the Maple Manor Hotel in future. Thank you all for my wonderful stay 😀👍👍

No lift in our part of the hotel. Lots of up and downs otherwise great

Great location for the airport and Purple Parking (although hotel also offers parking which we didn’t know about until the confirmation email came through and had ready booked ours). Quiet once the airport closed for the evening as pretty much at the end of the runway across the road. Lovely warm welcome from the receptionist. Recently refurbished so looks really clean and new - nice decor. Room didn’t have a/c but did have a freestanding fan, which was broken. However reception replaced it immediately with a bigger one which really moved the air round on the lowest setting, but was very noisy nd sounded like our bed was at the end of the runway! Didn’t manage breakfast as we had to leave before it started.

This hotel did not have ac and in the midst of a heatwave it was a challenge. Staff great, room top notch! Highly recommend

What a little gem this place is. Beautifully clean rooms with great facilities. Breakfast was a pure treat couldnt fault it. Will definitely stay again when back in the country

Good experience on return to Maple Manor. Having stayed at Maple Manor previously when flying from Gatwick we knew what to expect which was all positive. It was same again but also clear that room refurbishment had taken place in the room we stayed in, will continue to be our choice for pre flight stay over

Maple Manor was a nice little spot, great parking, and friendly staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable - unfortunately the walls are quite thin, so noise travels. Breakfast was good but could be more hearty, especially for a full breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay :)

For a small boutique hotel, for them to stay in for our really late arrival was very above and beyond

Very convenient for an early flight from Gatwick airport. Good value, conveniently located a few minutes drive from Purple Parking, and provided a breakfast bag as I had to leave before breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was tiny but it didn’t matter too much as I was there for one night only.

Arrived in the middle of the night, but was welcomed and shown to a beautifully clean and spacious room. Breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked and even had a gluten-free provision.

Stayed for business. Great location, easy to find via maps and ample secure parking. Easy check-in process and room was pleasant with good facilities. Lovely addition of free parking & breakfast via Expedia. Quality breakfast with plenty of options, fresh coffee and juices. No complaints and would gladly stay again if needed.
