Everything was as I expected. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast came on the time we ordered it

Poor hotel not really suitable for foreigner guests. No housekeeping and unfriendly mainly teenage staff. Rooms are modern but badly designed.

Not booking this hotel again. Not a good place to stay and relax! Noisy, windows aren’t closing and your information aren’t safe either! Staff are nosy. Be careful!

Excellent service with staff, close distance within malls

It was a great experience specially booking for the place the first time on a last minute. Staff was very friendly, place was clean, comfortable and modern.

Unorganized, dirty bugs are crawling everywhere in sink, wall, bed sheets. TV not working, Chinese word is everywhere. I’m not Chinese I can’t understand Chinese. Elevator dirty and annoying music. Too many little bugs everywhere. I would not recommend.

Clean, modern, good young staff.... Overall enjoyable however a target big negative is that they didn't have a small refrigerator needed in that climate.... Everything else very good

Excellent all around but need to address the shower drains that are blocked after a 1 minute shower, at least in our room.
