It was very welcoming

My room was beyond what I expected. The pool was nice and warm my kids enjoyed it very much as did I.

Our shower head does not work and there was no hot water in the middle of the day. I would expect more from a place of this caliber.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was well stocked and the area kept clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do however wish the breakfast hours were a bit later, when staying in a hotel I don't always want to wake up in order to eat before 9am.

Didn’t have clean towels to give us to wash up with and offered towels from the pool ! Didn’t state they don’t freshen up room after 2 nights of stay ! Staff totally rude ! Fixtures and door was damaged ! Would never stay here again ! They should not be apart of Hilton!

Good hot breakfast selection. Nice clean pool. The large suits where big enough for my family of 5.

My check in was at 3:00. When I arrived at 3:40 they told me the room was not ready. They then put me in a different and cheaper room than what I paid for. I had to go back down to the desk and then had to wait another half hour to get into a different room. I waited a total of two hours after my check in before I was able to get into a room. Not happy and would like a refund.

Nice place and clean

Staff was extremely friendly. The young lady who prepared breakfast was so sweet. Will definitely stay again.

Booked this hotel because it lists a 24 hour shuttle service - only to discover that it doesn’t run during the early morning hours. Still had to drive and park at the airport for our 530 flight.

Agent was very helpful and accomodating.
