Seville was extremely crowded with April Fair when we visited. Rooms were very difficult to find, so we ended up here. It's a bit of an odd place. There is no personal reception, which we knew when booking, but it was a bit odd not seeing another person there while we stayed. The process to use a door code to get a key box code didn't seem hugely efficient, but we did get in. Our room wasn't dirty, but it was in disrepair. Shower sprayed all over the bathroom, no place to hang a towel, etc. It gave us a safe place to sleep, but not a lot more than that.

No front desk. After self checking-in online, we arrived at the entrance at 3pm, but we still have not received any email regarding the entrance code. After multiple attempts of phone calling, someone finally contacted us through WhatsApp and gave us the instructions. But then they sent us the wrong instructions and wrong location to get the key. So we had to go back and forth just to get the code and key. Because of this poor communication, we had wasted for an hour just to be able to get into the apartment.

Clunky check in procedure which also means your phone gets lit up with emails after you book. Stairs only so if you have heavy bags (fortunately I didn't) and are not in the ground floor room you'll get a good workout. The shower is ridiculous with the bathroom light going off automatically every few minutes, leaving you in the dark. If you stick your hand issue the cutaneous and wave it around it will come back on but then repeat not long after. Water goes onto the bathroom floor so after your shower you have to do some mopping. Not an expensive room rate but one of those "get what you're paying for" places.

We only have issues the first night to enter the Hotel, issues with the QR.

When we arrived at the hostel, there was nobody there. We woke up neighbours who said that the only way was to contact them by WhatsApp. Tel phone number did not work. The neighbours said that this was à usual problem with visitors to the house. The AC unit also leaked water all over the floor

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Seville à pieds. Par contre la gare est à 35 min à pieds,heureusement qu'il y a des taxis au prix correct. Pas de ménage dans la chambre durant le séjour, matelas inconfortable, pour aller se doucher il faut être agile car il faut enjamber les wc. Quand à la propreté de la douche ça laisse à désirer (voir photos).

La estancia ha sido muy mediocre, habitación sin ventilación, con humedad, sucia, para ducharse había que estar encogido porque era abuhardillada, colchones terribles de muelles, check out muy temprano...no volvería

Mal olor, falta de limpieza, poca atención. Llegamos después de las 00.00 de la madrugada y pedimos que nos permitieran hacer el check out más tarde de las 10.00 a.m. porque necesitabamos descansar y resulta que nos dijeron que tendríamos que pagar. Había pelos en las sabanas, telas de araña en los rincones, polvo, agua en el suelo del baño, y ni siquiera tienen recepción fisica, solo un WhatsApp. Salimos muy decepcionados.

Era una habitación en un bajo en la misma entrada, donde sientes todo el mundo entrar y con la puerta rota y los cristales con papeles, sucia, y solamente un baño en la planta superior para compartir a saber con cuantos… nunca volveré.

A localização é boa, a aparência do lugar e limpeza também atendem bem, porém o atendimento é o conforto do lugar são péssimos. Segui ao e-mail enviado e fiz o check on-line 12h, antes de ter acesso ao quarto. Informaram que mandariam a senha em outro e-mail até as 15h, porém não chegou e eu tive que ligar para eles após esse horário para receber a senha e poder entrar no quarto. Não bastasse isso, o ar condicionado não funcionava e, mesmo após informados, não providenciaram conserto ou ofertaram mudança de quarto ou até um ventilador. Nem sequer me respondiam mais. Sinceramente, se forem se hospedar lá, se certifiquem de que o ar do quarto funciona, mas desconfio que está quebrado há tempos. O ar liga, mas não esfria. Passamos duas noites terríveis de calor. Ah, não houve limpeza diária do quarto.

Der Check in hat super geklappt. Vor Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes war die Unterkunft per Whats up erreichbar. Das Einzelzimmer ist klein, aber ich war den ganzen Tag unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen da. Das Zimmer und das Bad war sauber. Die Matratze gut.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, pero las instalaciones bastante deficientes, espejo del baño roto, poca iluminación, peste de cañerías, WC que se arranca, bañera sin mampara o cortina que impide que te puedas duchar sin salpicar fuera, colchones y almohadas incómodas, puertas de acceso de corredera que no cierra bien, mala insonorización del resto de utilitarios. Tampoco entran a limpiar, cambiar sabanas ni toallas.

Pesimo lugar ,no volveremos nunca .Estuvimos el finde semana pasado y no nos pudimos duchar con agua caliente ni un dia, tenia un termo de 200litros para todo el edificio y todas las habitaciones. El baño estaba atascado Las camas se clavan los muelles en el cuerpo Habia dos cucarachas que salian del baño El baño horrible bañera oxidada sin cortinas se salia todo el agua. La puert nada segura se quedaba entre abierta aun echando la llave nada segura... un desastre total y nada recomendable ya puede ser lo barato que sea .. que para para pagar por este alojamiento mejor quedarse en la calle. La recepcion online un desastre no nos dieron ninguna opcion ni solucion ni nos devolvieron nuestro dinero por la pesima estancia que tuvimos .
