The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The room was great (spacious) for a family of 4.

Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!

Grear hotel in a convenient location with a washing machine/drier in the room. Perfect! Twin room was very spacious. All very clean.

The place is new, modern and well-equipped. We had enough room for the four of us in our family room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was small but adequate for our needs. The laundry included a larger washer with a dryer function in the room which was very convenient. We just used a translation app to assist with settings. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good size room, good washer/dryer (although ideally it would have had instructions on usage in English as well as Japanese. Some of the terms confused our translation app). Friendly and helpful staff. Great view. Easy walk to main station. Didn’t have the breakfast

Great place for a stay. Stayed for 2 nights. My friends and I had a car so looking for food wasn't too difficult. There are places to eat within 400m or less in this location's vicinity.

Hotel is near the Shinkansen station and the tram and walkable to several restaurants. However it is on a back street which might put some people off.

We loved the triple bunk bed room. It was very spacious and had everything we wanted. It even had a washer/dryer in the room for us to do laundry! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for our family of 4- love the room with two top bunks! The little kitchen was perfect for breakfasts. 15 minutes to a very vibrant shopping and eating area, and 15 minutes by foot to the train station. Loved the hotel.

The breakfast is good. Washing machine is a plus point. The room is spacious. Take a while to locate the hotel from the train station otherwise, it is nice hotel among neighbourhood areas.

Modern new hotel in Kagoshima city centre. 5 mins walk to supermarket and train station. There are 2 paid parking lot right next to it. Washing machine and microwave facilities in the room is a plus.

Great hotel. Fantastic location close to the train station. We had a room on 11th floor with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Travelled with a family of four with two teenagers. Our room had two queen size beds and two single mattresses. Very comfortable. Loved everything about this little hotel. Nice breakfast as well.
