The room was pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a laundry room you can use for freely, but you have to bring your detergent. The parking was just next to the building with a small amount of fee but I didn’t park. The location was superb as it’s super close to zone Rio center and shopping, malls, theaters, and banks. It was especially close to the CAS Center in 5 minutes by foot where you can process your photo and fingerprints for your US visa application and pick up your passport after your visa is issued. And especially the manager and one of the staff named Eric and also the security guy coming in usually afternoon till midnight were very helpful when I had wrong booking. They helped me with communication with their booking management office to rebook and approved the full refund as their courtesy because the full refund deadline passed just less than an hour.

The place was roomy and very clean. Great location and close to the US border, restaurants, and coffee shops. Very safe. My only recommendation is to add a tv to the living area.

Spacious, very clean and great location

The location is excellent because there are many nice restaurants and bars nearby. The place gives you 1.5 toilet papers for your entire stay (we stayed 2 nights) and if you need additional, they charge you extra. I needed a hairdryer as the majority of hotels have them available in the bathroom, but not here. I was going to call them and they “do not” have a phone in the room to call the lobby, you either have to place an online request and wait maybe hours for a response or go down the lobby to request it in person. Then when I went to the lobby, they said I needed to leave my ID with them and they would return it when I give the hairdryer back to them…. extremely inconvenient when you are getting ready for an event. I go very frequently to Tijuana and stay in different hotels, I would probably choose a different place to stay due to the inconveniences.

Stayed in room 102. During our stay we seen multiple cockroaches, the sheets had stains and dark shoe marks, the floors were cracked and scratched. The front desk man woke us up at 2:30 am by knocking loudly at our door because he wanted to get an identification card from 1 of our guest. Mind you we had already checked in at 11:00 pm. Very odd and inconsiderate behavior to wake us up at 2:30 am for something that can wait till the next morning.

Need better desk service. Provide trash bags. Request 3 time paeking key
