Staff was amazingly friendly. Location is great!! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Rooms are clean! Overall everything was great! Definitely will stay, again!

We had a great time at the hotel the location was great. We really enjoyed the staff at arrival, they handled all of our questions with ease. I gave it 4 stars because the rooms need curtains on all windows particularly the ones facing to the courtyard and the entrance was a challenge to find. Other than that it was a good stay.

I couldn’t ask for more everything in general was perfect

The staff was very kind and professional, and the entire property and suite was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t take advantage of hardly any of the amenities, but most importantly, we slept well in a clean, very comfortable bed. They were also very cooperative with allowing us to leave our vehicle parked there all day after we checked out so we could enjoy our day Ubering around all over town and to Puerto Nuevo for lunch and shopping in Mercado Hidalgo. It was a great weekend trip.

Facilities are great, will stay again, but the people at front desk seems improvised, very inexpert to check in me in, lasted 15 minutes and every step he was asking the security guy what to do. I arrived around 7pm

Terrible lighting in the common areas. Unit was horrible— not clean, dingy, terrible odor. I have several pictures. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets are loose, towels were not usable. Furniture was in bad shape in the bedrooms and in the living room. Don’t rent here.

The place is conveniently located, service is excellent and the accommodations are high end! Highly recommended!

Great experience, I can come back, just detail when I request my late check out, it's NOT secure to stay at the same room, make not sense, for late check out I do have to check out and move to the other?

One day the water was brown out of the pipes, the next day was no water at all. Refused to refund. We just left and found another hotel. Also super loud, more for families or large groups staying up all night partying.

Clean room and great staff!

I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and that was not good. that really turned me off.

Great stay and awesome location!

Other is easy rio then an easy Centro- when booking on Expedia it pushed me from on location to the other from centro over to Eazy Rio. No one spoke English but was texting me English they wouldn’t just transfer reservation over (but did the first time that happen without an issue, they made me buy a whole other stay at the correct hotel pay again saying the would refund but then nope then $120 penalty but still have not refunded anything :/

This hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with really close proximity to the San Ysidro-Tijuana border. The personal is friendly and always willing to assist with anything. The hotel is pet-friendly and has all kinds of family entertainment such as a pool table, a ping pong table, a gym and a projector movie theater. The mini kitchens are well equipped and there are stores & restaurants at a walk distance. My family and I stayed there on our way to Valle de Guadalupe then on our way back to California.

Everything was wonderful I have stay numerous times and I will be coming back every time I travel to Tijuana

Clean place love the amount of space and quick service

Great place to stay, close to all good areas

The overall stay was due to friendly and helpful staff. First room the stove didn't work & we saw too many bugs, second room was much cleaner, stove worked, beds are comfortable, it's spacious, the toilet is too close to shower but all can't be perfect :) it was odd to have front wall be glass so we could see the lights of lobby but we got used to it. Could use more kitchen tools but overall I say all was good & we would stay again. The laundry room had 2 washers & 2 dryers, 1 washer was broke but I didn't know until i was using it but the staff was helpful & patient & waited to lock up until my laundry was done. Great location too!
