Really comfortable stay and perfect for Merriweather Pavilion. We will be back!

Like a small town with plenty of places to eat!

Very confused where to go to check in at. Then key didnt work to garage or room. Had to go back and get help because no one would answer the phone. Room was very nice but the sun coming up came right into the room and there are no curtains, just blinds. Need to add black out curtains.

Wonder room. Our Key did not work Staff member went above and beyond to get a new card that worked for us

Great location and service.

Fire alarms were disturbing.

Play this is my go to location, but I’ve had issues with the quality in the air and this day was not so great whereas the fire alarm went off two separate hours for at least 20 to 30 minutes when everyone had to go out but upon reading reviews, this happens occasionally And I had my autistic son with me so that really gave him a scare

Very spacious. Check in was a little strange but the man helping us was very accommodating. Our check in time was 4 and we didn’t get our room until after 5

Large one bedroom apartment, instead of a hotel room, was very comfortable.It's also feet away from a great Thai restaurant; waking to Merriweather was under 3 minutes. Safe parking garage. Easy check-in.

Stay close to MPP

Great hotel in a very convenient area if you are going to a show at Merriweather Post Pavilion (It is a 5 minute SAFE walk to the venue). The hotel is very clean, safe and located within walking distance to many good eating options. Our only issue, and this has been raised in other reviews so we will add to it .... the check in process is VERY confusing. There is no front desk and the instructions on how to enter the building, where to park and where to check in is not intuitive and is confusing. You can call the main number for instructions (they were very helpful once I reached them) but getting someone on the phone was also challenging. If they can make the check in process smoother and easier to understand this is a 10/10 hotel. Otherwise it is only a 8.5/10

Clean well presented. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very ce tral to amenities.

Great property but I received zero instructions from Expedia and how to get in the building after hours! If other tenants hadn't help me figure it out, I would be still outside! When I finally made it to the rental office, they blamed the lack of communications on Expedia! This is pretty unacceptable!

Very Clean! Response time from Management was amazing if you have a question or problem! When checking in you will have to call the front desk to receive the entry code. Overall 10/10 stay!

Little to no communication with the staff of one person. After 8pm there was none.
