All very good once there, however prior to arrival finding out about the activities timetable was difficult.

The room appeared clean on entering but after we left the second night my daughters and I were full of small red bites, possibly from bed bugs. I also went home with a swallen hand as I was bitten by something over night, I had to take steroid cream and antibiotics for a few days to sort it out. They need to clean the property well and sort the horse fly/insects issue at the resort and take this seriously, it was a serious inconvenience. Also starting at 8:30 the gardener started cutting the grass for pretty much the whole day as the room was hot and no air con we had to have windows open and it was not pleasant on holiday to be woken up by them.

We had a wonderful break. Everything was superb, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were really welcoming. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was delicious. Couldn’t fault it. We will defiantly return.

Lovely well equipped lodge. Beautiful main bedroom view with large window and comfortable bed. Outdoor pool not in use and sauna also out of action. Felt prices for activities were steep especially at least £10 PP so £40 for a family of 4. Indoor pool area didnt match quality of the rest of the resort with dated and run down looking changing rooms. Overall a really pleasant stay during first week of july. Only did 2 mights which was enough. Very quiet. Saw approx 10 families during our stay.

We stopped at The Mole Meadow lodges while attending a wedding close by. It met and exceeded our expectations. Would certainly go back. We had a meal in The Cellar for approximately 27 people, was a little disorganised, would have been better if we would have been allowed to pre order food in advance. I would say that was the only thing I can criticise, but this may have been hampered as there seemed to be a good percentage of new staff. This did not spoil our stay. As I said earlier we would definitely go back.

Clean, modern and spacious lodges with (very hot!) hot tubs. Good facilities and plenty of activities on site, although most aimed at older children/adults. Restaurant offering was limited for those with dietary requirements but shop stocked the essentials and lodges had all you need to self-cater. Would recommend and go again.

Gorgeous lodge in pristine state and with all facilities as expected and more. Resort is very picturesque and staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to stay - really in amongst nature. Felt everything was 5* and catered for family and pets - the swimming pool steam and sauna are a bit tired and could do with a facelift - but still very usable !

Very good stay overall, lovely place and grounds. Minor feedback, not clear that the lodges are not detached. The indoor swimming pool needs some TLC including the facilities like changing. Some of the activities were not included and had to be paid for, this is not made clear when booking. More cups and plates are needed or dish water tablets.

Very friendly staff, hot tub wasn’t up to temp on our arrival but staff were very apologetic and we were not charged for it that evening. The Lodge was very clean, good quality bedding and toiletries.

Staff were nice but our lodge could have been cleaner as there were many dead flies - on the floor, ceiling, bed side table

The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was clean inside, but the hot tub steps were a bit mouldy and the bike/cleaning hose fired water in two different directions

Lovely place, fantastic activities and comfortable, clean and stylish lodge with everything you need. Would highly recommend and would return with friends and family.

Its not often that you find a property that exceeds your expectations, but this certainly did. The lodge was beautiful. Extremely spacious and felt like real luxury from the minute you walk in. It was nicely furnished throughout and a super kitchen with everything you could need. Bravo to whoever was in charge of kitting out and furnishings. Your attention to detail is exceptional and definitely noted and appreciated. The bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds and the addition of complimentary robes and slippers all added to the feeling of being somewhere very luxurious. Of course the icing on the cake was our own private hot tub which was absolutely amazing in the evening as we were lucky enough to have a clear sky and a first class view of the stars as there was virtually no light pollution. It was magical.

I absolutly love the lodges. This was our 2nd year of staying at the Mole. My daughter particularly loves the hot tub. There is plenty of space to walk our dog too and an enclosed area where she can go off lead. Although this year there were a few disappointments. We were not left a doggie goodie bag, even though we had paid for our dog to stay. There were no robes in our lodge which are particularly useful when getting out the hot tub, so we struggled with drying towels for showers and hot tub usage. Also our lodge this year looked like it needed abit of maintenance/ TLC. There were black scuff marks up the stair walls and on the living area walls. A couple of our mugs were also chipped too. Minor things, but attention to detail is important when trying to give an overall impressive experience. However, all this said, i will still be returning for another visit.
