Great central location and hotel experience. Room was very spacious and clean. Highly reccomend!

The property was conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to all popular locations for sightseeing as well as food and beverage. It was quiet and clean with modern finishing. When we come back to Vienna we will be staying here.

Excellent location in the centre of Vienna. Beautiful old building with lots of character, room was small but modern and was ideal for a few days. We had a problem with safe, which was attended to swiftly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly whenever there was a question or problem!

This was the most spacious room we had in all of our travels around Europe. It is centrally located, beautiful, and clean. Since this is a self-checkin property, it isn’t immediately obvious where the entry is and the number of doors to go through to get to the apartment is ‘unique’ but that all added to the charm.

Loved the room and location. Clean, has a safty box, confortable, could make tea and coffee in the room. Easy check in. Did not like that the room was not completely dark at night, and you could hear the cars and people in the street, but it was not very disturbing for us.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, with a nice view to enjoy. The bathroom was fantastic, featuring great water pressure and consistent temperature. The in-room refrigerator was super handy. While some might find the multiple locks inconvenient, I appreciated the extra sense of security they provided. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent central location, though a bit hard to find on arrival due to the lack of obvious signage. Nice, clean room. The app/autolock system gets rather tedious, using your phone or codes to open three separate doors every time you’re coming or going. My room, 201, was quite hot and I was unable to keep it cool. I reported it and a lady came to see if anything could be done, but the heat seemed to be coming up through the floor and wasn’t able to be controlled. The only option was to leave the window open, which made the room unbearably noisy for sleeping due to street noise. Not great - I didn’t sleep well either of my two nights. The lady was polite and apologetic, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to this factor alone.

Great location – the bus stop for the no. 2 airport bus is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, and the city centre is 10-15 minutes’ walk. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the self-check-in was smooth and easy.

The place was amazing and im going back. Its beside a shop for water ,sandwiches and other bites. Its so central food was never a problem. Only 5 min walk from the underground. Thank you for a great stay

Excellent stay, really great location and a clean, comfortable room. One drawback is the keyless system, and I would recommend making sure you have the correct code for your room (as there are 3 codes to get to the room) - I was locked out my room for about 30 minutes but the staff were able to help. Overall a great stay in Vienna and I would gladly return!

Exceptional service and a flawless process added to the experience. Beautiful and well appointed, the room welcomed us with comfort and views of the city. The location was perfect as it was close to major sites and transportation - with excellent choices for dining nearby. Friendly and professional staff anticipated our needs, were available and responsive to answer questions.

Pros: 1- Clean room 2- Great location 3- Easy check-in (self) Cons: 1- Over priced (paid ~150 USD for 1 night) with regard to the room being very small. 2- No amenities in the room (no extra pillows, requested a child crib but found nothing in the room upon arrival, no iron). 3- No front desk and no place to breath other than your room. Book this hotel if you are NOT a family and ONLY if you are using the room just to sleep.

We got a big room as compared to European standards. This property is 5 min walk from Hofburg square. The railway network is great. Hotel had AC, Mini Fridge, Elevator, coffee machine, TV

There is no staff, the question about the staff and service makes no sense. Wish there was an option to leave luggage for a few hours.
