The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the room was dirty. The shower had 5 separate controls, difficult to figure out in the absence of written explanation. The overhead shower directed the water to the shower door, potentially flooding the room. Breakfast coffee was excellent.

Fantastic location seconds from aqueduct and plaza. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Great value.

El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario, a pasos del Acueducto. Nos recibió Nacho y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tomó de su tiempo para darnos un recorrido por las áreas del hotel y nos recomendó lugares a visitar y para cenar. El desayuno muy variado. Gracias por la atención recibida.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was grate! My only concern was the room so small. 24/7 beverage free. I will considered for my next trip to Segovia

Great place to stay near the Aquaduct. Very clean , nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking nearby and other free options a short walk away . Lift.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy. No complaints at all. The lady looking after the breakfast area was exceptionally committed to her job (I wasn’t even allowed to take an apple with me after breakfast to take on my walk - or maybe my request was lost in translation).

The property was close to restaurants, shops, bars & main attractions, breakfast was good, we had a great stay

Great location. Very helpful staff and a very good breakfast. A bit noisy, but that’s pretty much everywhere in Segovia. They allow dogs which is great for dog owners, but can also be a bit noisy with dogs barking.

The room was advertised as a queen bed but when we got there it was only a double. That makes a difference for two guys sleeping in a bed

This was really pleasant. From the start, the girl who checked us in was helpful and super friendly. The hotel has a space for lounging where there is a sofa and big tv that feels like home. There is also a patio that is relaxing as well. Juice, coffee, tea and fruit is available to guests. This is a nice perk. This hotel feels like a boutique hotel. We really loved it!

Really central to Segovia. Receptionists very helpful and informative. Parked the car in the adjacent street in the “blue parking bays” - easy to pay and much cheaper than the underground parking lots. Excellent breakfast. Lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel. A real find !

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Beautiful clean comfortable room. Well planned and designed space. Central location to aqueduct and plaza. Did not have breakfast buffet because we had to catch bus prior but we were able to have items that are available 24 hours- coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit. Plenty for our needs.

Great hotel in the heart of Segovia. Super friendly young man on reception. Funky modern room. Snacks available all day. 3 minutes from the Viaduct. Fabulous.

Great value, would stay again! Good breakfast and free coffe and water all day. Very nice atmosphere. I parked at Aparcamiento Coche Segovia, a sand place thats free and 15min walk from hotel.
