Mason at the front desk was particularly helpful when I requested a different room. He was friendly and professional. Thank you, Mason. The parking garage charge was an unpleasant surprise.

I like the location, the quietness, the pool and whirlpool, the staff, and the room decor.

The hotel was lovely and clean and so walkable to the downtown core.

Great clean hotel - modern and new with hot tub, pool and 24 hrs gym. Best place to stay in Nanaimo!

Regular tea bags were not included. So i missed my morning tea as i am not a coffee person

Enjoyed the amenities with the family but I’d stay here for work as well.

Great location to walk around. Little shops, restaurants, coffee shops, amazing bakery open 25 hours. Staff very friendly and well presented rooms. Only negative comment the heating fan system was annoying.

The hot tub and pool were great. The room was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. I would definitely stay again :)

Rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Shortly after we checked in we noticed the TV was not working. Immediately they moved us to a new room 2 floors higher with a nicer view. Great staff, great hotel. I highly recommend!

Beautiful, updated room, great shower. Very quiet and so close to the Port Theatre- perfect for an overnight getaway.

This property was great. It was convenient to walk to Port Theatre, the harbor front, and downtown area. The property was really nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
