It was a good experience. Stay there for 4nights. Everything was okay.The person by the entrance was very helpful. Keep up the good work sir. Well...I ordered some food through room service on the night i arrived,since i arrive very late after 11 pm,I was surprise when i got it in a plastic take away box. I am not sure why they served inroom dinning with a take-away box inspite i paid some amount like to say. But the rest are good. Hospitality in the restaurant can be improve.

Had a great stay at ibis Thane, and a big part of that credit goes to Hardik Rajput. His service and hospitality were genuinely outstanding. Always polite, attentive, and quick to help without ever making it feel forced. He understands guests well and makes sure everything is taken care of smoothly. Small things, timely help, and a calm, positive attitude made a real difference to the overall experience. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Truly appreciated.

Good hotel. The lobby is nice and big. The rooms have a very European style and the bathrooms had a feel of a plastic cubicle. But it was clean. I had booked twin rooms and was told twin is not available. No compensation given. Like a complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise good hotel.

My review is based on our attending a pre-wedding function (Sangeet) in this hotel. It was truly a very pleasant experience. Right from the starters, the soups, the main course in a buffet layout, and the sweet dishes,with distinct taste and flavors, the food was just amazing. service with a smile, was totally professional. I specifically noticed their truly decent and very elegant decor/ ambience.
