Por favor, no se queden en este lugar. No se dejen engañar por el precio, porque al final podría salirles mucho más caro, especialmente si terminan teniendo que mudarse a otro alojamiento. Lo recomiendo aún menos si viajan con bebés o niños. El check-in era a las 3:00 p. m., pero nos permitieron entrar hasta las 5:30 p. m. Teníamos planes para ese día y se arruinaron porque nos hicieron esperar afuera con todas nuestras maletas. Cuando finalmente entramos al apartamento, descubrimos que había una gotera en el techo. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue poner una cubeta para que ahí cayera el agua. Además, los muebles estaban muy sucios y encontramos cucarachas muertas en los baños. Entiendo que es un apartamento de renta, pero la limpieza y las condiciones no son adecuadas, especialmente para familias con niños. Como mamá, no puedo recomendar este lugar. Si viajan con su familia, les sugiero buscar otra opción donde la limpieza, el mantenimiento y el servicio sean una prioridad. Please do not stay at this place. Don’t be fooled by the low price, because in the end it could cost you much more, especially if you have to move to another accommodation. The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance

El apartamento se le filtra el agua cuando llueve, me cambiaron de apartamento 3 veces en 2 dias y al final el ultimo apartamento tambien se filtraba el agua, el servicio pesimo, tuve una caida en las escaleraa debido a lo resbaloso por el agua, el baño no se va el agua en la ducha, el de mantenimiento dijo que estaba mal hecho y debian remover el piso para hacerlo de nuevo, sinceramente fueron mis peores vacaciones, no volveria a hospedarme ahi, rentan los departamentos en mal estado y se hacen los desatendidos en toda la estancia, pesimo!!

Great place to stay

Worst stay, we arrived and it was not clear how to enter the property. Our “assigned” parking spot was taken. The apartment had so many roaches dead and alive. Do not be fooled there is only one small AC that does not function properly in one bedroom and they expect that to cool down the whole area. No hot water, bathroom leaked into the hallway and my son slipped and fell down the stairs. I would not recommend this place. They respond fast unless you are letting them know there is issues. after day 2 when my son fell we decided to book another hotel room. Seriously avoid if you are traveling. Area is also sketchy . The maintenance gentleman told us to not be out to late

Super nice safe and big place to stay.

Me quedé 6 días y el proceso fue fácil and simple. El depa estaba limpio y lindamente decorado. Le recomiendo a cualquier persona que le gusta no tener un front desk y poder entrar y salir libremente. 5/5

1. NO INTERNET, we were never given the password and had to use all my minutes on my phone. 2. It was cold and had no extra blankets. 3. The 2 showers got flooded and we were told they would fix it, nobody came. We had to buy Drano to unplug the drain. 4. Poor communication skills.

This was a very nice 3 story living space, with a rooftop terrace, a functional kitchen with a full fridge and stove, for making most of your own meals, with a comfortable living room on the main floor, and two bedrooms and bathrooms, in the basement. Located about 10-15 minute walk from Guadalajara cathedral, and 15 minutes walk to Walmart. Many restaurants and shopping also close by.

Hace un año me hospedé y fue un estancia agradable pero, en esta ocasión no. Estaba el loft sucio y descuidado por ejemplo, estaba un pedazo de piso de la escalera sobrepuesto, la sala estaba toda sucia y olía mal, el foco del patio estaba fundido, tuve que pedir una plancha, solo dejaron un cobertor pequeño para 3 camas y cuando le solicité más a la persona de limpieza me comentó que no, que no manejaban más que puras sábanas… Mala experiencia porque olía mal, a sucio

Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow.

The neighbors around the apartment were trying to enforce quiet hours when it wasn’t the time. They were harassing my husband and I because we had the sliding door open and our one year old was laughing and playing in the living room but apparently they didn’t want to hear that at 7pm. Very unwelcoming!

Honestly I have no idea if the place was clean or well maintained. They gave me the wrong door code so I couldn’t get in. I waited for a reply but with a sick and disabled husband in tow I couldn’t wait long. I checked into another hotel a then an hour later they sent a new code. Too little too late.

No air conditioning no extra towels

The central location is ideal for walking and exploring GDL. The unit is unique, very chic, and secure. I love the indoor space as well as the private terrace! In fact, a year ago I stayed in the same building but in a different unit. The modern Bitloft building is somewhat out of place in this otherwise industrial neighborhood, but that adds to the lofty appeal. There were a few downsides, which is why I’m giving this listing a rating of only three stars out of five. Each bathroom had a half roll of used toilet paper and no extra rolls; additionally, there were no napkins or paper towels anywhere in the unit. I went out and purchased my own supplies, which are relatively inexpensive in GDL. Prior to arriving in GDL, I had spent five days in hot and humid PV (Puerto Vallarta), so I was ready to do my laundry (availability of W/D was one of the reasons I selected this unit); unfortunately, after I checked in, I found standing, murky water in the washing machine - oh no! When I notified the host, to their credit, they gave me the option to use laundry equipment in another unit in the building. Lastly, midway through my visit, I sent a message to the host asking for clean towels. I received neither a reply nor did I receive clean towels. Overall - decent experience.

We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t want to change our towels, we had to use the same ones. The lighting in the restrooms is lousy. The communication was by text only. we would ask for toilet paper and we had to text someone else so they could approve it. The place is nice. The service is not. To enter the building you have to download an app and go thru so many steps, for us it was complicated cause I’m not too savvy. The sofa had stains and dirty.

The bldg is fairly new and spacious. Rates are not bad but unit needs updating. Sofa was stained; unit was dusty and had superficial cleaning.. Two of the three entry doors were without locks and could be accessed from the roof deck by anyone. Many narrow stairs. Neighbourhood felt unsafe.Daniela the property admin was awesome for communicating. I was in #407; unit below had rowdy occupants robbing me of sleep. Would not stay thereagain .
