My last time here was in 2023, and it was a stark contrast to 2026 (which isn't a good thing). The receptionist was unfriendly, the room was unclean—full of mosquitoes and had an unpleasant odor (such as dirty curtains, a slightly dirty floor, an unclean and smelly bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, making the room smell), and the bathroom amenities were incomplete. I hope the hotel can address these issues again so that guests can be more comfortable. Thank you.

Good food service and comfortable.

Service quality is declining. Usually the receptionist is okay, the room smells clean. It's getting worse.

I stayed in suite type room 107 at first we felt comfortable but when we used the bathroom it turned out that the tap water for bathing and in the toilet was very small and minimal. the water drain was clogged so that the used bath water stagnated. basically the problem was in the bathroom. (please pay attention). behind the room there is an open garden but it is very dirty.. lots of dry leaves scattered and it looks untidy and looks shabby.

My friends and I seem to be regulars here, hahaha. The place is also in the middle, so it's easy to go anywhere.

Strategic location, comfortable, many choices of places to eat around the hotel.

It's cool, the price is complete, clean facilities, cool AC, fast WiFi.

The receptionist doesn't smile enough/is rude and when asked questions, her answers are not friendly enough, making it uncomfortable to ask more questions, so the service needs to be improved.
